此次帶媽媽出遊，因為八年前對於賀蘭山和福因梵境酒店的美好記憶而臨時改變了路線，特意繞路來入住。沒想到酒店改了名字而且從集團經營改成了歸屬於當地旅遊部門管理，不僅服務態度一落千丈，曾經金碧輝煌的酒店如今也破敗不堪，到了晚上更是黑漆漆地一片死寂。這裏貌似不歡迎散客入住，工作人員一味強調前一晚接待了集體客人導致全員疲憊，我認為這不是就能慢待其它客人的理由。説好的早餐時間我們下樓看到後廚全部工作人員正慢悠悠從班車下來，説一小時後9點才能開餐。長者已經吃了降糖葯必須按時吃飯，而且我們也要趕路，衹好慌忙退房開車下山。如果提前告知早餐會晚一小時我們本可以更早離開的，可惜並沒有。入住時房間沒有垃圾桶和浴巾我先後找服務員要了兩次，樓道里幾個服務員也是極不情願且磨磨蹭蹭，不想再贅述，總之下次不會再選擇這裏了。

10月4日定了一晚該酒店，由於到的比較晚，家裡人洗完澡後發現沒有熱水，打前台電話酒店説找人解決，等了十幾分鍾後，再打前台電話無人接聽，到大堂找到聯繫手機號碼，撥打還是無人接聽。第二天酒店人員解釋道：我們是國企，下班了。難到酒店失火了，發生刑事案了，酒店都沒人管了嗎？本着不影響旅行心情的原則，同意酒店補償我140元。然而等了這麼多天，結果還是沒人理。首次差評，並且我會打12315繼續投訴。
