Our first rooms pull out couch was broken, our second rooms pull out couch was broken as well and the AC didn’t work. My kids were super grossed out at the condition of the hotel. Will NOT EVER GO BACK!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!! 1st Night ~ Check in about 10 pm . As I prepared to take a shower I noticed that the bathroom was very Dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. It was late and my sisters and I were tired so I cleaned and sanitized the bathroom myself. ~ As we were preparing to leave the next morning we realized that the door would not lock !!! The door would not lock !!!!! We were on our way to an event so I requested No demanded a room change since we didn’t have time for a maintenance person to come check it out. We went back upstairs and moved our things From room 1 by to room 2. And preceded to our event. 2nd night ~ we returned from our event about 9:30 tired and ready to relax. As we entered The room was extremely hot and after looking at the thermostat we discovered that it was 82 degrees . After trying to adjust and get the room cooler we determined that the AC was broken. I went back to the from desk and explained the situation. Once again we were given another room. It’s now 10 pm on the second night and we’re frustrated and tired. We are now in room # 3. We get to room #3 and we soon discovered that this was not cleaned. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and around the toilet. The floor needed mopping and the drapes had a large hole in it. The bed had dirty linen which I took down to the front desk. I was given more sheets that I discovered , only when I got to the room were fitted sheets . This room was $146 per night and I felt like I was in a

Room was dirty, no toilet paper, drawers wouldnt stay in the dresser or tables bc the floor wasn’t level.

Good value for the money. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Windows are in need of a refurb but overall facility is in good shape. This was our second time staying here.

Hotel was filthy and was not maintained very well. Front desk worker was very pleasant but it took her changing us rooms four different times to find one that been cleaned. She said housekeeping was short staffed which is understandable, but they probably need to communicate better. Would not stay again.

Hotel was old and run down. We decided to stay there because usually they’re very nice. This was the exception to the rule. I killed one flying bug and found bug carcasses while checking for bedbugs-which we did not find. Toilet seat is stained terribly. We slept in the same bed even tho there were 2 because the sheets were stained on one of them. Also, stained bedspread was stained. Read the reviews-they’re pretty accurate. This hotel has fallen out of grace with us!

Great Customer service

Shown 5 different rooms and none were clean. Ended up cancelling and going to another hotel. Then kept charging my CC....... Unreal

Room did not have a desk chair, no clock, bathroom had a marred bathtub, wall in bathroom has been unprofessionally repaired. The upholstered chair in the room was stained. I would not stay here again.
