Place is nice and cozy, rooms are clean and tidy. With nice city view from deck, beautiful landscape and with friendly and attentive staff. Ms. Mayette Nacional will make sure that everything you need will be provided, jolly person and easy to deal with while Sir Marlon will take care of your belongings and handles it properly and with care. Frontdesk Ms. Shé is also accommodating and provided complete information about your stay. Some guests may find the road leading to the place too steep with approx 45 degrees inclination and 90 degrees turn halfway but there is a parking space before the turn for easy loading and unloading. Might be challenging to new drivers. With free mineral water in common area and unlimited coffee with sugar. Al Fresco dining area at the ground floor, welcome hygiene kit available, towels, beddings provided. T&B comes with hot/cold shower and bidet. Meals can be ordered 24/7 and with half court basketball court. Overall it was a pleasant experience, budget friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

Reasonable prices, a variety of room sizes, on-site emergency power generation, very friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel has the best views of Mt. Mayon anywhere! Multiple levels and balconies to choose from. Air-conditioned rooms, TV (we didn't watch much), and included shower-toilet room with each room. Comfortable bedding and good lighting. NO on-site food service, but a McDonald's 200m on the same side of the road. Other area restaurants require transportation. Food preparation area and accommodation of events (for a fee) are available on the third floor terrace. Bring any food you like to eat there. 50% downpayment was required at booking, with the balance due on arrival.

Second time to stay. Loved the bicol express. Staff are acoomodating. Stayed for the 2nd time in the apartment type room, 2-storey facing the pool. may accommodate up to 8 pax, comfortable sleeping. Easy to access, with wide parking space.

It's too remote. It looks like a private house inside. There are parties on the third floor late at night and at night. It's very noisy. The store staff are very nice. The price is not low, but there seems to be cheaper ones.

JJINGLONGThe hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos.
The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them.
There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple.
On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe.

GGuest UserWe reserved for an overnight stay and here are some points good/average/not so good (I won't say bad because their hotel is new and tourism, hotels are just getting back on their feet from pandemic) The rates: 3,500 for a room What's in the room: 2 queen size bed 👍👍👍 Area is ample for the room 👍👍👍 The Furniture - one hanging desk for your personal stuff and can be used as desk for working using laptops But I think it's not yet fully completed because the outlet is not easily accessible (please provide grommet at the desk for outlet socket access) Kettle is plugged either on the side table or inside the bathroom lavatory counter. -No small fridge (which a 3,500 room rate should have) - Wardrobe open cabinet is nice - space for shoes is okay too! -one bedside table with drawer -rack for luggage -TV and heater (but ours was currently not working so 😩 nah for me) bathroom: a bit tight, shower should be located where the lavatory counter is, and lavatory counter should be at the location of the shower... With Bidet, trash in, tissue, big mirror, spacious lavatory counter, the glass partition should be check, purposed of preventing the water splashing all over the bathroom is not achieved. Please add robe hooks 😊 Complimentaries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and refillable pump shampoos and conditioner 👍👍👍👍👍 sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and 2 bottled water Cleanliness: 1 to 10. I give 8 ❤️. Amenities Pool, Cafe, open bar (the bar code) Wide parking spaces Spa and massage rooms Service Guards are polite and gives good assistance especially to pwd's My mom is well assisted. Crew: They are limited but so far needs extra effort when in greeting guests. The tone of greetings and smiling eyes are good impressions for guests. Service - we asked for the luggage cart and it took 20 mins to arrive when we are about to check out. We asked for extra pillow around 5:30pm and it was not provided, we left the room for dinner arrived 10pm And asked again for the pillow. 15mins then it was delivered. Food : complimentary breakfast Is good. With coffee too ❤️ We haven't ordered other in their menu So I can't rate much for the food. Ambience - nice and clean, Bravo! for the stairs, you will never get tiring going up nor down. Elevator is okay to!!! Overall - it's an average stay but with potential to be awesome. And probably next visit would be much better. Looking forward to PROXY BY the Oriental Hotel!!!

Llove18This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible.

GGuest UserThe Hotel St. Ellis has the best breakfast buffet I've found anywhere, compared to at least a dozen hotels in the U.S. It also has a small but wonderful swimming pool, very good service, and a terrific shower. The biggest negative is that it provides absolutely no written instructions for operating the air conditioning, the TV, the Wifi, and the lights. It provides just one room key, no matter how many people are staying in the room. The air conditioning goes off at night, and can be restarted only by standing on a chair and pressing the button, but they don't tell you that. My wife and I suffered from overheating on the first night. Operating the TV requires pressing 2 or 3 buttons. The room has a power key -- a plastic card that must be inserted on a slot to get any electricity. I had to ask a staff member to connect by phone by WiFi on the ground floor and again on the 3rd floor, because they have 2 different systems. It took my wife and me a full day to figure everything out. The other family members, in another room, never did figure out the air conditioning, and suffered through all 3 nights. It would take the hotel staff less than an hour to write out all these instructions on a single page and print a copy for each room, but they don't bother. If they did, I would give the hotel 4 and a half stars. Other members of my family were so confused by the lack of instructions that they gave the hotel just 3 stars. Their other complaint was that the walls on the stairway are in serious need of painting and repair, but this didn't really bother me. Please, Hotel St. Ellis: get off your butts and write out the instructions!

LLIJIAIn fact, the sanitary conditions are still very wide, just throwing away the ants, the scenery is great, the mountain is exclusive, and the volcano is not tired and comfortable all day long! And firework shows! The hotel can arrange transfers and entertainment! There are toiletries and a hair dryer. I read other reviews before and said nothing, which caused me to bring more hair dryers .....

GGuest UserExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

LLopezThe place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
