Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

Советую для спокойного отдыха. Мы приехали рано, но дали номер почти сразу, видно кто-то то уехал, обычно номер 14.00. Балкон с видом на бассейн, но не шумно, анимация после 15.30 ненавязчивая. Полотенца, шампунь, мыло меняли и ставили каждый день. Постельное белье после третьего дня. Еда традиционная, вкусная. Фруктов достаточно. Кофе в аппаратах в ресторане, барах довольно вкусный, мороженое разных видов тоже. Хотелось бы чтобы посуду мыли тщательнее, но были и пластиковые столовые приборы. Проблем не было. Пляж очень близко, широкий, лежаков много, расстояние между ними хорошее. Первый, второй ряд платные но можете поставить свой зонтик даже рядом с морем, места есть. Вода в море утром была даже теплее чем днём, небольшие волны. Совсем рядом в центре есть источник с минеральной водой, на набережной везде есть небольшие фонтанчики с этой же водой. Жара не беспокоит, так как везде деревья, зелень, ухоженно. Цветы, поляны поливают.

Stayed in this hotel for about a week. The pool was great, very beautiful. Great location, was very close to the beach. Food was delicious and bar was good too. Fun animation, the kids had a great time. Will come again next year.

I would not recommend this hotel. First of all it’s allegedly four star hotel, yet bar and restaurant is only three star, the information about that is not provided anywhere! Never come across anything like that. Food every day the same, with small changes. Pool area is extremely poorly maintained with overgrown grass. No evening entertainment, kids entertainment virtually non existing. Unfriendly people in reception, speaks hardly any English, and not willing to help at all. Plus side, lads behind bar, and cleaning lady that was speaking even better English then a hotel manager.

Visited 14th june to 22 june. 5th floor. Weather was sunny. Smiling personnel. Clean rooms. Nice view. Super nice terace sea view. Great food. Bar coffee machines great (automatic ones average :) I would be happy to visit again. May be if cracked bathroom tile is fixed would be perfect. Fridge is small :) But as a whole I was happy there. Thank you!

The cleanng was ok, and the room cleaning is daly, the foods ars even ok and every food is continously avaiable under the lunch, brekfast and dinner time. The pool is ok and clean, the staff help in every case.

I want to thank the whole team of the Laguna Garden Hotel for the good service, for the variety of food, for the calmness and the great beach, for the good environment and most of all I want to thank the animation team: Ceco, Vicky, Moni, Marty, Sissy (there were more , but I forgot their names). We went home loaded with lots of smiles, good mood, great memories, several diplomas for winning games and a bottle of champagne. Thanks!
