Hotel is out in the countryside, so if like me on a tour you are really isolated . The swimming pool was ok and it had a pool bar. As well as the Titan group I was with there were other groups staying here too. Food was ok and staff friendly. There appeared to be weddings here most days, as the grounds are very picturesque with Trulli houses. My room was ok though no view. Very strange hotel design, modern but no thought for any views.

È stata un'ottima esperienza..sono andata in coppia con mio marito e abbiamo provato il pacchetto del percorso benessere e i massaggi. Consiglio vivamente il massaggio rilassante eseguito dalla sig.ra Irene che mi ha lasciato una sensazione di benessere che è durata fino al giorno dopo. Tutto pulito.. atmosfera rilassante e servizi professionali.

This is a functional hotel, designed for tours, conferences or weddings, so it is not pretty. It is remote, however, and you will need your own transport: we were on a guided tour, so this was not a problem for us, but you are captive once at the hotel. Its advantage is that it is well situated for striking out to the trulli in Alberobello, the Castellana caves (spectacular), Matera (also spectacular, and where some of the scenes in Die Another Day were shot). The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was OK, although we only ate there on 2 of our 3 nights (the second night was at a local farmhouse, and was excellent). Breakfast was decent enough, with a good selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals and scrambled/boiled eggs and bacon. The coffee wasn't great, but the juices (blood orange and pineapple) were refreshing, rather than the sweet squash we had elsewhere. All in all, comfortable, remote and functional, but a good base for the nearby attractions.

A good hotel with lovely rooms, very spacious. Bathrooms could do with a few extra touches like hooks for towels but no great problem. Bit out on a limb where it is situated so if like me on a tour (and they do cater for tours) then you are a bit of a captive audience. Tours can take over part of the hotel with some getting preferential treatment having sofas/tables reserved for them. The breakfast situation is a nightmare as they open at 7.30 and nearly all tours depart at 8.30 which means 200-300 people all using the facility at the same time...... they should either open much earlier so that attendance is staggered or have more serving points...one toaster and one coffee machine is completely inadequate and makes it all a bit of a bun fight.... also the evening meal everyone is served at the same time so it is really noisy and like eating in a works canteen.

Posto bellissimo rilassante a 2 passi da alberobello, personale gentilissimo, la colazione buonissima , stanza pulitissima e letto fantastico. Abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di un giorno in più, perchè siamo stati bene. Il posto è immerso nel verde.

Très bel établissement neuf, beau jardin, grande et belle piscine, personnel aimable, excellent petit-déjeuner, grandes chambres, bonne literie. Seul bémol: pas de plateau bouilloire thé-café. J'aime bien prendre un café en me levant, avant de descendre prendre le petit-déjeuner.

We stayed here on a group trip with Titan Travel. We don’t normally do group trips but it seemed a good way to see Puglia. Tour Manager, driver and local guides could not be faulted. Unfortunately this hotel and the two others could. No hot water in shower on arrival, hair dryer faulty and ancient. Worst thing was distant dining room crowded with tours and reached by marching through another peaceful dining room. We felt processed, get em in, feed em get em out.

È la terza volta che ci torniamo proprio perché è una struttura magnifica.. Spa spettacolare, pulizia assoluta per non parlare del cibo.. vasta scelta e portate una più buona dell' altra.. Lo staff molto cordiale ed educato. Un saluto e un ringraziamento particolare al Barman Piero che ci ha deliziato con il suo aperitivo e consigliato il Gin di Chietri. Ci ritorneremo.
