This is an excellent hotel. We stayed four nights and it was a really good experience. Good-sized and very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with a huge array of choices. Pleasant small bar, and a great restaurant - we had a meal in the restaurant on our last night and it was excellent, with modern interpretations of regional dishes. Very helpful and professional staff in every department. The hotel is opposite the station, making it very convenient if travelling by train. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre of Albi.

Très bon séjour : l'hôtel est idéalement placé (juste en face de la gare Albi-ville, il faut se promener un peu pour rejoindre le centre historique), le personnel est agréable, la chambre est confortable et il est possible de profiter de la piscine.

Nous avons séjourné dans le Grand hôtel d'Orléans à Albi du vendredi 11 au samedi 12 octobre grâce à un cadeau Wonderbox qui nous avait été fait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié, outre la proximité de la cathédrale Sainte Cécile et du centre ville piétonnier, la qualité et l'efficacité de l'accueil réception + restaurant ainsi que le dîner dégustation. Nous avons également très bien dormi (chambre avec jolie vue, bonne isolation phonique et literie ferme) et apprécié le petit-déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet. En résumé, une très agréable parenthèse pour nous et nous souhaitons à d'autres personnes de venir découvrir leurs prestations de qualité.
