Personale molto disponibile e cortese soprattutto quello notturno davvero molto professionale!!! Le note negative arrivano dall assenza dell aria condizionata nella hall e nei piani , considerando che l hotel è tutto a vetri e che l effetto serra è ai massimi livello! Ho beccato poi anche un guasto informativo che impediva di assegnare una chiave elettronica e quindi ogni volta che sono dovuto entrare in camera mi hanno dovuto accompagnare fisicamente ed aprire la porta con il passpartout!!!!! L aria condizionata andava pochissimo nella stanza ed ho riposato non benissimo ahimè! Parcheggio interno recintato molto ampio ma aperto , accanto al hotel c'è un ristorante che fa colazione e pranzo e cena! Non ho provato nessuna delle tre proposte .non sento di consigliarlo e se dovessi mai ritornare da queste parti non lo sceglierei sicuramente

Terrible... it's 1:20 in the morning because we can't sleep... It's incredibly cold since the air doesn't even work and they also give you a pillow that looks like a sheet of paper and a summer sheet. I'm not coming again, so you know. At the north pole we would be better. We are from room 112. Just so you know PS: we have paid religiously, in case when you read this they charge us again

It is a dirty place and the staff is unpleasant, we have left without consuming anything, it would be the last place I would stop since it is the second chance we give it. To work in front of the public you have to be pleasant and educated.
