An unpleasant experience: - couldn't fall asleep with the noise from the neighbors (you could hear people walking on the upper floor, children crying, the noise of suitcases), mosquitoes, and even the palm trees shaking in the wind. - At breakfast we almost ate aluminum foil that was mixed with roasted vegetables!

At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

Good place to stay

As a 5-star hotel, the experience is average and unacceptable. First of all, the accommodation time is three days and two nights. Two girls stayed in the sea view room, and they were very dissatisfied with several points. 1. The light in the bathroom of the room suddenly broke. After contacting the engineering staff for repairs, it broke again during the shower. 2. After eating breakfast at the hotel on Day 2, I suspected that the food was unclean. I sat in the hotel lobby and vomited. The hotel staff were arrogant and unfriendly when the hotel provided vomit in plastic bags. 3. When I filled in the information at the time of check-in, I found that there was an error in one column (the lady filled in the mistake as Mr.), and I have notified the front desk staff to modify it, but the TV in the room is still Mr. and the call to the front desk is still Mr. After repeated reminders, The 5 star hotel staff is still not amended. 4. The rooms are not fully sea view rooms, and nearly 80% of them are hotel garden views. This room should be listed as partial sea view when booking, which is very disappointing. 5. In terms of sanitation, the hotel provides rental towel cards for outdoor swimming pools, so that guests can exchange them with staff when needed. But when we changed the towels, we found that there were many mosquitoes floating in the outdoor swimming pool and gave up swimming. Although the two towels were not used for swimming, they were already wrinkled and we put them on the beach chairs. Unfortunately, when we returned the towels, the staff found Not wet, put it with clean towels, very disappointed with the behavior of a five-star hotel. 6. On Day 2, we went to the nearby cliff cave to participate in the water tour. Before departure, we asked the front desk if we needed to make an appointment in advance, and expressed the hope that the staff would make an appointment for us in Portuguese, but the staff said that we only need to walk in after arriving at the scene, and refused to make an appointment for us. We call. It's a pity that after arriving by Uber for nearly 40 minutes, I found that all the tour boats on the site canceled all activities due to weather problems. I think that as a five-star hotel, we should check the local situation for hotel guests in advance.

Resort hotel with nice greenery, right by the sea, rich breakfast and champagne. Worth staying for a few more days.

this is a good hotel

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great food, rooms were great. Overall fantastic hotel, however the Spa in the hotel was a bit of a let down as we paid extra to access however no one told us the sauna , hydropall and more were not currently working. Talking to someone who uses it on the reglar at the hotel this had been broken for over a week yet didnt think to tell us. Woud have just used the pool otherwise. Staff in the spa didnt seam to care too much about it when notified. Would have been 5 stars if not for this as spa was why we chose the hotel in the end.

It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Stayed for 7 nights and got a room upgrade which was great! It has good access to the beach, spa facilities are nice. Staff was helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, but the buffet dinner option was was worth the price, since most restaurants nearby were still closed, we ended up eating a lot at the chill bar. The food was tastey but menu is limited. Old town shuttle service only goes twice a day so if you miss it, uber is the only option to go around. All in all it was a good stay. I would recommend the hotel!

A great resort and hotel which is easily accessible from the airport and has great facilities to keep the family happy including an easy walk way down to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this wonderful hotel. Glorious surroundings, nice walk to the beach, fabulous indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

It’s close to the beach and it has spa facilities and indoor and out door swimming pool

Awesome hotel. Spacious rooms. Amazing selection of breakfast. Staff is very nice. Beach is literally 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only thing is, it’s away from the city center and have to call Uber for everything if you are not driving. We loved our stay in this hotel.

Amazing resort so much to see and do the rooms were impeccable. Meal options were great and the beach was at the end of the resort. Perfect location and the staff were so friendly
