Bonjour, le seul point positif c’est que l’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes de la vieille ville. Sinon l’intérieur des chambres c’est vraiment tout à refaire l’évier fissuré la douche, l’eau sortait de partout, tout était vieillot. La piscine était à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et l’eau était super glacé en octobre 2024 ! Même la mer était plus chaude ! Sinon, le personnel était au top en général ! Il y a beaucoup trop d’animation pour les personnes âgées car cet hôtel est rempli de personnes âgées, je comprends, mais dommage que y avait rien pour les personnes de moins de 60 ans aucune animation autour de la piscine, même de la musique rien. Même le bar était fermé. Il a juste été ouvert une demi-journée au bord de la piscine. Dommage. Le petit déjeuner était au top 👌🏼 dommage que les crêpes était pas faite Maison , et que le petit déjeuner reste le même pour huit jours aucun changement n’a été changer.

les buffets sont identiques pendant une semaine au bout d'une semaine le fromage etait sec Le dernier jour pas d'eau chaude les animations digne d'une maison de retraite les chambres sont veillissantes les couloirs sont tristes a mourir décevant

Ok let's get the positives out the way,we stayed on the beach front hotel,make sure if your booking the INTATEL hotel that it's the beach sea view one as there are 2 hotels with that name,one is set back up the hill,a short walk.Our room overlooked the beach and the Atlantic Ocean,the view was beautiful and the room was quite good,cleaned every day, toilet door broke and wouldn't shut,no big deal I suppose,breakfast was ok , catering for all nationalities and was fine.Fot our evening meal we had to walk up the hill to the main INTATEL hotel for meal,we didn't care much for that and never bothered again. The main negatives are the Portuguese people who are probably the most miserable unhelpful none smiling people I have ever met,they don't seem to want to help you at all,from the receptionist to the staff and the cleaners ALL miserable,do they not like English? I won't be coming back to Portugal for this reason alone,which is a shame because Portugal is beautiful

I can't really fault this hotel everything is in walking distance but if I had one complaint it would be that on checkout they had no where to change into our clothes and had to changes in toilets 🚻 not except able for your guest should at least have somewhere to change into your clothes

Após vários anos de ausência, foi uma boa surpresa, as instalações foram melhoradas, estão com um ar moderno. Alguns reparos A piscina estava fechada e em reparações, no ato da reserva deveriam informar os clientes. As instalações deveriam ter carregadores para carros elétricos ou no mínimo disponibilizar uma tomada para carregar durante a noite.

Upon check in the receptionist said I had no reservation there.I was booked as a group and they had arrived the day before.I showed her the name of the person who made the reservation and after checking said he wasn't on the system...I was told to go to the other hotel albuferia which was a 3 min walk down street to be told the same thing by the receptionist who had got a phonecall from the other hotel and he had remembered checking in the group the evening but had no booking for me and i could pay for another room....I had to go back to the original hotel,ring my friend who had to get a taxi from town and she maintained he had no booking although he stayed the night before until he produced an email and voila I had a booking after all...she was quite rude and at no point apologised for me having to wait over half an hour...they were quite willing to take more money but weren't arsed to try and solve a problem she created over a check in.The rooms were clean,with good AC but the extraction fan was broken in the bathroom which left it like a sauna.The toilet button kept sticking on flush that kept water gushing if not corrected.The pillows were horrible whilst the beds were comfortable.The fridge in the room was a nice touch.View was of the opposite staff apartment and carpark.

Me my partner and 2 year old child have stayed here on 6 occasions in the past 15 month's each stay lasting between 1 and 2 weeks. We have stayed in the inatel Praia beach hotel rather than the other sister hotel up the hill. We have never had a bad experience with the hotel room nor with the staff. The breakfast caters to all be it vegetarians meat eaters or children and is quite tasty. The beach is amazing amd the cafe downstairs serves great burgers pizzas salads with prices not going above €7 per meal and large pints of local beers 500ml for €2.50 which is a bonus. The 1 thing I would like to advice people on who may be getting an early flight in or late flight home is check in is 4pm and checkout is 12pm so be mindful. But the hotel does provide a luggage room to leave all belongings in while you kill time. Overall an absolutely amazing place which is extremely child friendly and safe and I would recomend spending that little bit extra to get yourself a sea view or a terrace you won't be disappointed.
