Another fabulous stay at this hotel. Lost count of how many times we have visited! Just home from a 3 night stay. Lovely welcome back at check in, our room 808 was ready for our arrival ( 12.30) we had a lovely studio apartment leading out to the pool. My sister had her birthday while we were there, a lovely bottle of fizz and water was in our room on arrival. The staff at this hotel are just lovely. Our housekeeper was very pleasant and kept our room immaculate. Our room had two Sun loungers on the terrace and there are plenty of Sun loungers by the pool. There is an excellent snack bar too. We stayed room only as so many lovely places to eat. Excellent cake shop/ cafe next door. This hotel is in an excellent location, easy stroll to the beautiful old town/ beach. We are already planning our return! Thank you to all the team for another, fabulous stay.

Hotel very clean. We had one of the bedrooms facing the road. If you are a light sleeper this is not good as motor bikes driving up and down the road early hours of the morning. If you would like to use the gym the cost is 3 euros a day. Breakfast was not up to scratch either. 25 euros per couple.

Picked a winner with this hotel/apartments. Every aspect was just perfect from the friendly reception and breakfast staff and the exceptional cleaners. Every member of staff takes great care to make your stay ideal. We had room 320, overlooking the pool and would gladly stay again.

Having stayed here twice previously, we were very disappointed to be given a very small room without a balcony (110). As my wife had surgery recently this would have ment alot to us. Location to old town is very good, as is the onsite cafe and staff but unfortunately we will not be returning

Had a fantastic week long stay at this lovely hotel over the Scottish October week. The staff are lovely and friendly, they were happy to help us with things like booking the Zoomarine and booking a taxi - we only got a taxi instead of walking the 10 minute short walk into the Old Town every night due to one of our party having an ankle injury. The hotel was also spotless, a little old fashioned in the room interior but in a classy sort of way. We had a street view room on level 0 and having read other reviews I was worried about the street noise but it was minimal to nothing each night. The cleaning staff were also friendly, and were constantly seen cleaning everywhere. The pool area was stunning, the snack bar was also so good and offered a great variety of choice. We were also there for a big birthday and the staff dropped off a bottle of bubbly for the occasion without being asked which made the day even more special. I could not fault this hotel and having stayed in Albufeira a few times before, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at and cannot wait to return some time in the future!

This is a great hotel,the cleanliness of it and helpful staff,we had a great time and can't wait to go back!Great location too,pool snack bar has lots of variety,our kids loved the pizza,indoor pool also which was great as we had one day of rain!

I wanted to love this hotel as it has so much potential. Unfortunately it did not meet the expectations of a 4 star, even on the continent, and was not worth the money Negatives - no room safe and you have to rent a lock from reception to use - you have to pay to use the gym etc. no wonder nobody was ever seen accessing any sports facilities. I wish they would realise this as it would have been a great atmosphere by the pool if people were playing tennis etc but unfortunately the atmosphere was stagnant. - the rooms/hotel overall is dark and dated and in desperate need of renovating/painting - the bar playing really loud 80’s music at 10pm when there are a handful of people in contributes to the poor atmosphere - there were wormy bugs in our room and cockroaches outside on the balcony - smoking by the pool and no designated area irritated me but this standard here from what we gathered Positives - nice staff - housekeeping every day -reasonable pool bar and prices - good location for the old town

We stayed for 5 nights at the Brisa Sol end of September at the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. The apartment itself was spacious. And very clean. The supermarket next door was a godsend, and the pasty shop the other side was to die for! All staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the pool bar was reasonably priced and lovely! Shout out to the lovely Shams! Happy hour in main bar on a night was very relaxing and all staff again were welcoming. Would definately return!
