Lovely hotel for the price. Good location. Would definitely recommend for a cheap get away in the sun

Very reasonable price for a midweek stay in a twin bed studio just a pity no kettle for a morning cuppa big bathrooms with bath and shower and a large balcony

Excellent all round

The location of the site is really great! The smell inside the room and the hallway was really very bad. Cleaning can be much better too. Otherwise the rest is fine 👌🏽

I liked it, despite being 4 stars the facilities are a little old. But the staff are very friendly and competent.

The hotel is well located, there are restaurants shops around. The exterior of the hotel is well equipped, shop, beauty salon... They have entertainment every day and evening, the animators are super nice. On the other hand, at the reception, the hosts are cold and not welcoming. The room is dirty and poorly maintained. The freezer does not work. The sinks are clogged. The walls are dirty, the bedroom linen [sheets, blankets and towels] are stained. The cleaning of the rooms is poorly done, dust on the switches, frames... We will not return to this hotel. I don't recommend it. In addition, we had to pay the total amount and then arrived at the hotel we had to add money to pay for an extra bed. We had to pay for an extra bed because they didn't want the little one to sleep with us. Trip still hasn't solved the problem, I haven't had an answer.

The hotel is big and has several attractions, from indoor and outdoor pools and animation, gym, playground, all very good. Positive points - impeccable cleanliness, friendliness of staff, hot water, small appliances that were old but worked perfectly, cable TV with several channels. Negative points- the furniture is old, the mattresses are uncomfortable, at the reception I was attended by an inexperienced person and was being charged twice the value of the extra bed, very weak internet, we never managed to get a signal during our stay. A lot to improve for a good comfort of the guests.

Very well located but we were on the road side and it was very noisy especially at night. The 1st night the air conditioning was not working. We had to sleep with the window open, it was so hot. The furniture is very old. The bay closed very badly or not at all (when you closed on one side, the other opened). Reception is quite responsive.

Great family hotel with good, very friendly staff

Currently staying here and it isn’t as bad as the reviews make out. I was very wary about coming here due to bad reviews but overall it is not all bad. However I would say there are more negatives than positives. Yes the rooms are dated but they are very spacious and spotless, the beds are comfortable and balcony’s are huge. The entertainment throughout the day/evening is decent but not really great for kids as the mini disco only lasts 15 mins. The pool is clean and the blue sunbeds are the more decent (free) ones. It is close to amenities and only 5€ in a taxi to old town/new town and has shops nearby the hotel. The negatives would be that the sun lounge hoggers are out from 6.30am putting their towels out to secure a decent bed and if you leave it any later than 8am you definitely won’t get one. The entertainment in the evening is extremely loud and can hear everything from your room until it finishes at 12am. The air conditioning fan is on the balcony and if the person above you has it on guaranteed it will keep you awake at night as it rattles through your whole room. Most of the hotel is full of young/lads holidays which ruins it for the kids as they take up the whole swimming pool (I understand it is their holiday too) but there is barely any space for kids. We are not having a bad experience but probably would not return as it is not really for family’s with young kids. Just expect it to be busy and noisy and would rate it as a 2/3 star not a 4.

I have just got back from a week in this hotel. I think you need to update the pictures on the websites as it does not look like this when you get there. Very dated rooms. The hotel in general needs a lot of work there is more broken dirty sun loungers than there is good ones. We would never return

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Pool entertainment was really good and the hotel is in a brilliant location. 15 minute walk to old town and 15 minute walk to new town. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. Didn’t hear any noise from other customers. Downside would be that the balcony doors don’t lock properly and there’s a fee for the safe, the rooms are also quite dated, but that isn’t such an issue when barely any time is spent indoors.

Currently staying in this hotel as part of an easyJet package holiday/short break and was dreading it reading some of the reviews. Yes the room furniture is/looks dated but it's what you would find in a majority of Portuguese/Spanish hotels anyway so that doesn't concern me. Room size is adequate and equipped with a mini kitchen area including fridge and kettle so one can make drinks in your own room. Bathroom is also spacious and everything functions well. Pool area is large but like anywhere hot you get ****** reserving sunbeds at the crack of dawn which spoils it somewhat. I'm staying all inclusive and the drinks offering is large compared to some AI hotels I've stayed in before. Food so far seems perfectly edible but I tend to eat out local anyway of which there's a vast choice within a 15-20 minutes walk. Hotel seems to be kept clean and I've had no problems with the lighting in the hallways which some have commented on. (I'm on the 8th floor). Clientele is mixed ranging from families to hen and stag parties to groups of teenagers. I've had no instances of screaming drunk ****** shouting and banging about at night for the 2 nights I've been here so far but I've heard others talking about the disruption. If only the hotel would ban these groups then it would truly deserve it's 4 star rating but as it is I would say it's only a 3* hotel at best. Hotel is conveniently located about half way between the old and new towns of Albufeira

Just back from a week at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean inc kitchen with all utensils pots fridge, toaster , microwave ect. The maids came everyday except the last day. They make the beds, change toilet paper and towels and take away the rubbish. I don’t understand why you are left with no towels or toilet paper on the last day🤔, bit stupid of them to let you down at the last minute. Spar on site is quite expensive. The food and drinks at the pool bar are a rip off. €8.50 for a mojito, €13 for a kids pizza which was rotten, the chips were cat. €14 for a waffle with sauce and ice cream😂. You are not allowed bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool, well you can but you have to hide them from the pool security man. No pool balls allowed in the pool, very strange, can’t see how they would be dangerous. Floaties are allowed. My kids enjoyed the diving boards, the pool in general was good if you are lucky enough to be down early to reserve a blue comfortable sunbed, otherwise you are stuck with the uncomfortable white ones which are further back from the pool. Only saw 1 cockroach the whole week. It landed on the balcony ledge and we flicked it off, no fault of the hotel. The mozzies were lethal if you’re sitting out on the balcony at night. Bring your spray. The entertainment at night was fine. The reception staff were very helpful. They have their own drivers, €8 to old town, €14 to the Marina, €63 to Airport, €40 return to splash and slide. Overall for the hotel room in was good value. If you are someone who enjoys silence go somewhere else. This hotel is lively and loud which didn’t bother us, when you close the balcony rooms at night I couldn’t hear anything from outside.
