we hired 6 villas for a long weekend. Perfect facilities for a group to get together but also have your own space. Clean and welcoming.

Nice cosy Place. Pictures on their home page are very old; it is not luxury - It is very fine and average but the houses (inside) are a bit worn out. Gardening maintenance is High, But inside of the houses could use a brush up. Recommendable for Small families with smaller children for a few days. A Car is needed to get around.

We had a fabulous stay at villas joinal. It is a fantastic family friendly small resort. It has two pools, one of which is a small kids pool. Every villa has its own garden with bbq and table/chairs and sunloungers. There’s a little playground which my kids loved. It’s in a good location with beautiful beaches and good restaurants just a short drive away. The villas are quite dated but that didn’t really matter, the only thing which was wrong which is why I didn’t offer 5 stars (as well as the villas being dated) is because our air con in the main room didn’t work properly and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. The villas are well maintained by a great housekeeping team, towels are changed every third day and inside cleaned at the same time, but they clean the garden and bbq daily if you use it. We had a great stay and would return.

This was one of the best family holidays I've had to date. Vilas Joinal exceeded my expectations and we were also lucky with the weather, which was great. The apartment was huge, in excellent condition and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we need. Backyard with great barbecue, and swimming pool right in front. Swimming pool for adults and children, incredibly clean. We were told upon arrival that cleaning would be done on the third day, but the cleaning ladies came practically every day. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was wonderful, I just have to thank you for the wonderful stay we had and we are already dreaming of returning. Just a small note: the showers could really be better, because they are very high and dangerous, especially for those with children. Some shelves and hangers in the room could also be an asset.

Villas joinal is one of the best places I have stayed. 2 bed villas are very spacious and comfortable and very equipped with everything you need.ie washing machine dishwasher bbq on Patio. full size cooker. 2 bathrooms and very comfortable. Lovely staff and very helpful. I will definitely return.

The villa was lovely and in a really nice area. There are some building works going on at other villas in the area so driving to and from was sometimes a pain but overall no noise and wouldn't know they are there unless you saw them. Villa itself was lovely and had everything you need. Personally believe some of the equipment bathrooms could be updated but it's the basics and covers everything you need for a lovely family time away. Baby gates at bottom and top of the stairs and plenty of room throughout the villa. Pools were perfect and never too busy, little one loved splashing around and playing in the park.

Located away from Albufeira town but close enough to get to by car or taxi. Beach 15 min walk , nearest supermarket 10 min walk, Zoomarine 15 min drive. If using the BBQ remember to buy charcoal and lighter fuel. We didn’t hire a car but used UBER which worked well for us. The appliances all work well including the air con in bedrooms but no air con in the living room. Great sports bar and a pizza restaurant all within a 2 min walk of Villa.
