Affordable hotel with good facilities, the windows can also be opened for ventilation. The food in the restaurant is not very tasty, but the waitress is very nice, just remember to tip when you check out.

Trip.com charged us two breakfast with the stay while we booked the hotel. When we stayed there the hotel staff told us they didn’t offer breakfast without any explanation but told us we could call Trip.com for refund. I called Trip.com and they said they would verify with hotel about it. We haven’t hear anything back from Trip.com yet.

We always stay at this holiday inn the team there is amazing we went through a very bad time during our stay in September and everyone took the time to see if we needed anything , our last stay was good too my favorite hotel to stay when in Albuquerque I didn't catch a name but young lady who checked us in was awesome and Will on Sunday morning were awesome everyone is actually great job

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful lobby and much more features such as a breakfast lunch and dinner, plus they have a bar with an amazing bartender who is great at his job! I'm still currently at the hotel when making this review thats how impressed I am, they have improved significantly over the years.

We booked two different stays at this hotel. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, given how close to the airport we were. The welcoming front desk staff was exceptional, handling our every request in a friendly, efficient manner. We were grateful for the airport shuttle service, which went above and beyond to provide an extra trip for us to and from the airport. We really appreciated having the Sunport Grille restaurant onsite. Adam served us promptly each morning, and our breakfasts were delicious. We also enjoyed dinner there on our last night in Albuquerque. A bonus: The balloon fiesta was going during our stay, and one morning after their ascension the balloons paraded right past the hotel parking lot!

This is a great place to stay by the airport. The hotel has been nicely updated. It is clean. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant menu is varied. My breakfast was excellent. Importantly, the shuttle to the airport is punctual! I highly recommend this hotel

We actually booked this hotel by mistake, thinking it was the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. This hotel, also near the airport (even closer than the HIExpress but in a much quieter location), was a delightful surprise. It’s been recently renovated (some remodeling is still going on), and the updated rooms are quite lovely and unique, with thoughtful design elements. Unlike the HIExpress, breakfast costs extra, so we went to the Starbucks on nearby Gibson. The staff are very friendly and the room was spotless. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we’re in Albuquerque.

Had such a great stay! The staff is wonderful. Danni, especially was really great and let me hang out in the lobby for a while as my flight had been delayed. Also, Bailey was really great over the phone and at check in.

Decent property with unbeatable location near airport. Under renovation, older. Almost regretted staying. Was about to call and switch IHG property. Danni turned it around and made it outstanding! She helped with an issue, addressed it directly with courtesy, and made me IHG proud! Even with other IHG properties in area, smart, responsive service makes the difference every time! Way to go!
