It was very nice. I loved the curtain in my room. The staff was pretty nice as well. I had a sausage and biscuit for breakfast.

Wifi does not work…. Phone do not … Only one elevator in the front, so if they give you a room in the back building. You have to carry your bags upstairs. There were still eaten food in the garbage can when I got this new room .  there’s a sign in the parking lot. “manager does not responsible for thief and stolen goods.” Front desk does tell you to park your car where your window can see your own car to watch over . Sad ! I felt very unsafe and did not sleep all night . The door frame with the safety hinge was broken, l mean the entire piece of doorframe was off the door with the hinge . Wi-Fi did not work at all . Would not want to return to this hotel that’s a customer . Thumbs down..

The room is cleaned, shower room was also good. But only the towels were not very cleaned. Except this, I think everything is good.

Convenient address and friendly staff

The location is very good, clean and hygienic, and the price is reasonable.

Front desk staff was rude. We checked in and the first room we were given was already occupied. The second room they gave us had a hole in the wall and mold in the bathroom. Finally the third room nobody was in but it wasn’t super clean. We had a long day with lots of driving and it was unfortunate to deal with this that late at night. Each time we had to tell the front desk that there was a problem they weren’t very polite or nice about it. The hotel offered nothing for the issues and refused to refund us any amount. Travelers beware, skip this place and go somewhere else.

This is my second stay at hotel because I love their price and safe surroundings , we don’t have any complaints about the cleanliness of our room but ohhh my goodness! That pinesol was overwhelming strong.

The elevator smelled of urine all over and when the door opened the order was all the way to our room. The room had poor lighting.

Very affordable price, the place was gated and they closed one entrance , very illuminated throughout the area.

Service was fine and room was clean. But safety latch on door was hanging by 1 screw and the shower didn't work right. Most of the water still came out if the faucet not the shower head. Normal conversations in the next room and outside could be easily heard through the walls.

It was an amazing stay for such a low price. $100 deposit fee but we got it back. And they’re pet friendly ❤️. It was very clean just the door was a little hard to close at times.

Door to room had clearly been busted in at some point and poorly "fixed", could see outside between door and door frame. Room was dirty, stains on sheets, sticky brown substance all over the floor. Parking lot was a disaster, garbage everywhere. People arguing loudly in the room next to ours. My wife and I did not feel safe. Front desk staff was super kind.

Found a secret hole in the shower with another room behind the shower and really felt that invasion of privacy was compromised. Went to management and they were no compassionate and unmerciful that the privacy of my room had been compromised. Real Shame Red Roof is allowing.

It’s great every time i stay here staff are friendly honest and respectful and helpful to the needs of the guests
