The hotel was very clean,the breakfast is very good and the personal to the front desk are very nice and professionals especially the guy his name is Robert and the girl she works at night,she is very nice!! Thank you very much!!!👍🏼

This hotel was filthy!!!! We almost didnt stay but were afraid we wouldnt be reimbursed. Take them off your list of hotels. Place looked like it hadnt been vaccuumed in forever!! And lobby very dirty!! No breakfast offered.

Very close to the airport, good facilities, rich breakfast. More importantly, the service is very good. I went to the car rental company to rent and return the car, and there was a shuttle bus to the airport.

Very clean, breakfast includes bread, eggs, apples and oranges 🍊yoghurt beef sausage, the price is reasonable＇

We have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I did notice was a corner in the bathroom was a little dirty, not terrible at all, just noticeable.

Very clean hotel and room with great service. Nice breakfast included, and surprised by good cookies in the lobby every afternoon. Easy to get to hotel and felt very safe. A great choice!!

Front desk person was very helpful and friendly; Car service/shuttle came promptly at 5am to get us to the airport; Bottled water available at front desk; Front desk staff arranged for Uber for me from car return place; Room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that the window could be opened to let in some cool air.

We stayed in room 104 on the ground floor. The walls and ceilings are thin! We could hear our next door neighbors talking as soon as we checked in. Then, around 9pm our upstairs neighbors checked in. The floor between our room and the upstairs room was very noisy. Creaking floor boards, and because hotels these days have gone to hard flooring instead of carpet, we could hear every footstep from our neighbors above. Not sure what they were doing up there, but from 9pm to 11:30ish they were doing laps from the door to the window.

Front desk associate is very welcoming and kind and check in was super easy. The room was clean upon arrival and nice spacious bathroom. Thanks for a better option!

The TV remote did not work. The night manager gave us a new remote but it did not work either. The tissue box in the room had only 2 kleenexes.

The building is nice. Access to the hotel from the freeway was a little confusing, but e we made it!

The Baymont was fine, but it was nothing overly special. There was a lot of noise outside and a lot of noise between the rooms as well. Would have been good to have some sort of water bottles provided as well.
