Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque East Reviews

The staff were professional and friendly here. We booked a standard with a king-sized bed.The room at this branch - Albuquerque East did not a funky smell and was clean & had international plugs which was nice. The front desk and everyone was helpful. The breakfast food and staff were all helpful and friendly. Bonus: Our room had a really nice view of the moutains as well. Had a totally different experience at Holiday Inn Houston East-Channelview. The staff were not friendly and were not helpful either (save for the Bengali lady who was probably the front desk manager). The room had a weird smell. The hotel food at the restaurant was so salty. The breakfast was ok and location was ok. That was only the plus for Houston East Channelview branch.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Sam, Walmart, and target. The hotel is clean and tidy, the 1.5-meter double bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good. Passed by here on my way to Salt Lake City. The price/performance ratio is relatively high. The air conditioner is quiet and very comfortable. Refueling is also convenient.

For a one night stopover this was perfect. The room is very clean and spacious, with an extra-large bed. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the pillows are comfortable. The air conditioner has basically no noise. There are blackout curtains. The breakfast is okay, the pork sausage is very good, and the customer service attitude is good. It would be better if the rainwater temperature was higher. I like it hotter.

房間衞生還可以，比較乾淨。早上五點多就有人在吵，服務入住時，五點半還沒有打掃好房間，按説我下午四點就可以入住了，另外我問前台小哥是否可以升級房間，沒見過反應這麼大的服務員馬上否決，真無語。
