The room was lovely and big but the staff wasn't so friendly and power chargers for normal electric cars weren't working something is not nice. Free drink for silver/gold members is limited to soft drinks but Jo one inform in advance. It is well locates

I never been before and as soon as park and see there were Electric charging point my expectations went up. Really was a lovely place with clean and tidy rooms a little bigger than standard Ibis red in Spain. Staff was friendly and provide all service quite fast. For sure will come back

Buen hotel.buen ambiente. buena comida .buen desayuno.esta en un buen sitio de alcala de henares con facil salida para todos las carreteras. Destacar como es mi caso que permitan llevas mascotas en las habitaciónes. Tiene un aparcamiento gratis para los clientes .buen precios En Resümen volvere a utilisar los hoteles IBIS

Todo estuvo bastante bien. Fuimos de paso, alojamiento una noche y visitar la zona en dos días. Muy bien en el hotel y el servicio. El aparcamiento, descubierto, cerrado en el hotel a precio normal, sin abusos. Recomendable alojarse en este hotel, si buscas algo de este estilo en la zona.

Estoy ahora mismo en el hotel,nos dan una habitación orientada a toda la solana que hace hoy,,,el aire no tira nada,,,,llamas a recepción y la contestación es que ponga el aire acondicionado a partir de las 21:00,,,,perdona????.,y el resto del día a 35° en la habitación???? Não respondem a emails. Serviço péssimo. Mesmo depois de contactados várias vezes para me alterarem a data da reserva, não respondem e foram ao cartão de crédito cobrar 1 noite sem darem justificação. Mostra que apenas veem dinheiro, não valem nada.

Nos hicieron pagar una habitación más por llevar un bebé de 8 meses. Cuando no utiliza cuna y duerme con nosotros. Viajaba con mi marido y mi hija de 3 años. Obviamente había contratado una triple. ¡Penoso!

Das Ibis Alcala verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Duschgel und Pflegeprodukte standen ebenso zur Verfügung. Das Bett war sehr sauber und bequem; ausserdem auch sehr gross. Super! Die Zimmer können nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte betreten werden und sind somit sehr sicher. Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken bieten zudem herrliche Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit; spricht auch mehrere Sprachen. 24 Stunden Rezeption. Kreditkartenzahlung war auch möglich. Verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele waren auch vorhanden sowie auch ein sehr grosser Flachbild-TV im Aufenthaltsraum. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Sehr schöner und sauberer Frühstücks- sowie Aufenthaltsraum. Draussen vor dem Hotel gibt es auch herrliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Haus ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet, da ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Das Hotel bietet seinen Gästen auch einen sehr grossen, kostenlosen Parkplatz an. Das Parken ist nachts durch ein geschlossenes grosses Tor sehr sicher. Fahrzeuge können nicht entwendet werden. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Kirchen, Restaurants, Cafe etc. können vom Hotel in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Ansonsten gibt es aber auch in der Nähe des Hotels öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Tankstelle sowie mehrere Fastfood-Ketten, ausserdem ein Lidl sind direkt nebenan. Sehr guter Fernstreckenanschluss in unmittelbarer Nähe. In diesem Ibis habe ich bereits desöfteren übernachtet und kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Würde dort auch meinen nächsten Aufenthalt buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
