Hotel acorde a su categoría de 4 estrellas. Empleados amables, estancias limpias, buena terraza. Zona residencial pero con servicios cerca. Buen acceso al centro andando y por transporte público. Buenas salidas a carretera en coche.
Echamos de menos la nevera y la caja fuerte en la habitación. El aire funcionó muy bien en plena ola de caloraunque era un poquito ruidoso

Hermoso hotel en Alcalá de Henares. Con un personal muy atento y servicial. Nos hospedamos por una noche. Vinimos a ver el Mercado Cervantino el cual nos encantó. Recomiendo este hotel ya sea para corta o larga estancia. La habitaciones son muy lindas y actualizadas. Camas confortables y todo por un precio bastante accesible. Lo recomiendo.

En las habitaciones de la planta superior la terraza es amplia para en los días de verano disfrutar. Tiene buen ubicación y la recepciones 24 horas. Las almohadas son algo duras e incomodadas, así como el aislamiento de ruido, ya que se oye a las habitaciones contiguas así como al personal de la limpieza desde bien temprano. Una opción para mejorar seria que hubiera nevera en la habitación ya que hay espacio para ello en la habitación.

Para empezar el trato en este establecimiento es muy muy malo, excepto dos mujeres que nos muestran nuestro debido respeto, despues, la comida le pasa lo mismo, tambien es muy mala y era congelada y en la habitaciones son muy chicas, estan sucias y se escucha absolutamente todo, inclusive cuando hablan las personas de las otras habitaciones.

Buena experiencia en nuestro caso. Visitamos este hotel con un bono regalo que nos habían hecho, por lo que teníamos sólo alojamiento de una noche. Aceptaron la utilización de este bono en un día no habitual, ya que la disponibilidad del hotel lo permitía. En todo momento la atención del recepcionista fue bastante buena, tanto por teléfono, como una vez llegados allí. En el hotel el personal bastante amable y cordial. Está en buena ubicación, con muy fácil aparcamiento, y a apenas quince minutos paseando al centro histórico de Alcalá de Henares. La habitación limpia y confortable.
