공항과 가까워 이용하였습니다. 시설과 서비스는 보통이었고 방 내부에 수납공간과 러기지공간이 있어 편리했습니다. 방은 둘이 사용하기 적당한 크기로 쾌적하였습니다.
나는 2층에 숙박했고 자정부터 새벽내내 1층에서 올라오는 담배냄새 때문에 괴로웠습니다. 금연공간에 대한 관리를 좀 더 철저히 한다면 완벽할 것입니다.

La limpieza y el confort de la habitación es de 10 así como el trato del personal. Es muy fácil aparcar sino en el parking del propio hotel en las inmediaciones del mismo. El gimnasio aun que pequeño dispone de lo necesario. Así como el jacuzzi el cual pusimos utilizar reservando en la recepción, una hora, muy grande para dos y muy recomendable si se plantean quedarse en el hotel. El único pero que le pondría es la ubicación ya que esta en un polígono a las afueras de Alcalá y necesitas el coche para moverte.

Hace años celebramos nuestra boda en los salones Islas Baleares y teníamos tan buen recuerdo, que este año hemos celebrado la comunión de nuestro hijo. Esta celebración era más reducida por lo que elegimos el salón Formentera, que igualmente tiene un jardín donde pudimos celebrar el cóctel y los niños pudieron disfrutar del espacio abierto. La comida y el servicio inmejorable. Y las comerciales fueron muy atentas desde que hicimos la reserva.

Hemos celebrado la comunión de nuestro hijo y todo han sido facilidades. Los invitados salieron encantados. Tanto las instalaciones exteriores donde tuvimos el cóctel como el salón interior donde comimos nos encantaron. Un placer haberos elegido; recuerdo inmejorable.

Reservamos la celebración de la Comunión de las Niñas en el Restaurante del hotel. Nos encantó que tengan jardín en el exterior donde poder tomar algo. Lorena y Ainhoa unas excelentes profesionales, nos aconsejaron que salón usar modo de ubicación de las mesas, nos explicaron con detalle como servían los platos, excepcionales personas. Los menús tienen buen precio y son deliciosos. Pedimos además coctel de bienvenida y pasamos un rato muy agradable en el jardín antes de comer. Los niños pueden salir al exterior, está cerrado y los estás viendo por las cristaleras en todo momento. Nos sorprendió gratamente, que nos presentarán al jefe de cocina, una persona muy atenta y educada, los platos todos a tiempo y la atención exquisita. Para los niños preparan en la comunión un show en la tarde. Seguro volveremos para otras ocasiones. Supimos de ellos porque fuimos a una boda, fue espectacular.uy recomendable todo.

Fuimos a celebrar la comunión de mi hija y hace 3 años lo hicimos con mi hijo. Si repetimos, fue por algo. Nosotros lo celebramos en el jardín, porque nos gusta estar en sitios abiertos. La verdad es que las vistas de la piscina son muy bonitas, con su puente, palmera, etc. La comida, muy buena, muy buena presentación y los camareros pendientes de todo.

Celebramos la comunión de nuestra hija aquí y fue todo estupendamente. El equipo comercial nos ayudó y orientó en todo el proceso y fueron flexibles en nuestras peticiones. Llevamos un evento de 40 personas y salió todo genial! A mi hija le encantó el Mago y poder tomar el café junto a la piscina también estuvo muy bien. La tarta red Velvet fue el postre estrella
