Ottima esperienza ! Era la prima volta che ci dedicavamo a qualche ora di relax in spa.. siamo andati io e mia moglie prenotando un massaggio olistico relax di 50 minuti e percorso benessere di 60 minuti.. il massaggio è stato superlativo , complimenti alle due massaggiatrici Giusy C. e Federica , ci hanno coccolato dall inizio alla fine facendoci entrare in uno stato di rilassamento allucinante . Tutto il percorso poi è stato la ciliegina sulla torta . Ambienti confortevoli e puliti e tutti quanti gentili e preparati . Torneremo sicuramente !!!

Attention aux photos sur internet. Certes, l'hôtel est neuf mais il est très mal placé devant une voié ferrée désaffectée et pas du tout proche de la mer à pied. De plus, les chambres sont très mal isolées. L'hôtel est loin de tout. Sans voiture, impossible de faire quoique ce soit. Le petit déjeuner est correct, le restaurant est très bon et le personnel est très agréable.

Ella struttura ben curata e tenuta. Ristornate ottimo con pietanze tipiche ben realizzate. Ottima la colazione per quantità e qualità. Camera molto confortevole con balcone spazioso vista mare ! Eccellente pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Personale accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ritornerei , lo consiglio.

We stayed here for 1 night which was very comfortable but there were a few, undesirable things associated with this hotel. There is no access to the beach, they have a sister hotel, "Hotel La Battigia" that is in fact on the beach, and that is how they claim beach access. You would need to drive to this other hotel to access it since it is close to 2km away. The staff was incredibly nice and the resturant for dinner was very good, but we were a bit shocked to find the breakfast lacking. We came down approximately 1 hour into breakfast to find all the hot foods cold (the eggs, the bacon), which were not being replenished or kept warm. Even the pancakes under some red light were luke warm at best. Overall a bit disappointing and we cancelled our other nights because the main reason we booked was for EASY beach access. The hotel should be more upfront in this regard.

Struttura molto ben organizzata in tutto, servizio ristorante impeccabile all’altezza di 4 stelle!! Sia come tenuta che qualità del cibo!!!! Alessandro che gestisce la sala è il numero uno!!! Camera pulita e stupenda con vista mare e un terrazzo spazioso dove potete ammirare il mare sia di giorno che di sera. Spiaggia stupenda, servizio bar con addebito delle consumazioni direttamente sul conto della camera. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina esterna con cascata cervicale molto ben tenuta e pulita attrezzata di sdraio e ombrelloni. Servizio navetta comodo con orari prestabiliti che vi accompagna dalla struttura alla spiaggia circa 2Km dal resort personale molto cordiale e disponibile ad ogni tipo di esigenza del cliente. La struttura dispone anche di un bar interno ove potere assaggiare dei magnifici cocktail dopo cena. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!! Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio spa, con massaggio e percorso benessere, molto rilassante ed è perfetto specie per il massaggio di coppia. Tuttavia chi lo desidera può anche optare per fare escursioni in barca per una giornata intera. La struttura si trova a circa 3 km da Castellammare del Golfo e altri 5 da Alcamo. Per chi viaggia in auto parcheggio privato custodito all’interno della struttura Consigliatissimo!!!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno all'hotel Battigia Resort per andare ad un matrimonio ad Alcamo. Il personale alla reception é stato molto accogliente e professionale, il personale in cucina (colazione, pranzo e cena) sempre gentili e ben disposti ad adattare il menu alle esigenze dei clienti (il ristorante propone anche il pescato del giorno nel menu). La SPA con il loro percorso salute semplicemente fantastico (grazie Federica per il suo tempo), a completare con un po di relax le giornate passate in spiaggia. Le spiagge sono pulite ed accoglienti, il servizio di navetta per le spiagge impeccabile, con l'autista disposto ad aspettare 5 minuti per i clienti ritardatari (come me). L'hotel é completamente nuovo, le stanze molto luminose e spaziose. Inoltre non é molto lontano dal centro di Alcamo (15 min in auto) che vale la pena di visitare e dal porto di Castellammare per mangiare del buon pesce. Grazie molte per il felice soggiorno, la prossima volta verro con la famiglia per visitare Alcamo e dintorni con piu' tranquillità. Sergio Fraioli

Siamo stati ospiti della SPA del resort per un pomeriggio. Tutto perfetto. Grande scelta di tipologia di massaggi. Un plauso particolare a Giusy e Marika per il massaggio Alchemy Thai. Bella la vasca idromassaggio e sicuramente eccellente la pulizia.

Great hotel clean lovely swimmingpool,shuttle to beach from sister hotel clean beach towels every day,good breakfast.. Negative point is that it is too far away from Castellammare. There are no buses ,walging is not an option , You can only get there if you have a hired car.

Il valore aggiunto di questa struttura è certamente il personale, sempre disponibile, un’accoglienza di respiro “internazionale”. Il resort è molto bello e le camere accoglienti, la piscina esterna per tutte le età, il ristorante all’altezza, maitre molto attento ai clienti. La posizione è davvero strategica ad un passo da citta e location di grande bellezza e circondata dalle spiagge più belle del golfo. Peccato per il sottopassaggio alla spiaggia non certo degno del posto, forse qualche intrattenimento serale non avrebbe guastato…Da migliorare la trasparenza nel pre-booking sia sulla posizione delle camere, sia sulle condizioni del servizio di mezza o pensione completa. Lo consiglio comunque vivamente.
