Super welcoming hotel, the only complaint is due to parking so if you can go and check in we are forced to pay for parking.

The hotel was good and the facilities were fine as well. I did expect a little more better from a 4-starrer but seems that this is what all the 4-stars could offer in the vicinity.

Pésimo!! No lo recomiendo. Cogimos una habitación triple, con un salón comunicado con otras camas. Por la mañana, entró la chica de la limpieza y estuvo allí limpiando, mientras estaba durmiendo con mis dos hijos pequeños. Además nos cerraron el acceso a esa parte de la estancia, con lo que hemos pagado por algo que no hemos disfrutado. Se trata de algo muy grave, que hayan violado nuestra intimidad de esta forma. Dice mucho de la falta de profesionalidad de este hotel. Por supuesto NO REPETIRÉ!!!

Awful place. Do NOT stay here. They do NOT offer transportation to the hotel. The bed had nasty smells. It is in the middle of nowhere with only factories around it. You cannot get a taxi dr
Here and you have to walk find your uber. On top
Of that the place has thin walls we heard noise all night. The staff was very very unfriendly and un helpful. The shower was awful too - the water kept going from Hot to cold. All in all do not stay here, there are way better options.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, tiene una piscina y gimnasio en la azotea y parking por 5 euros la noche. Las habitaciones son algo anticuadas para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas pero están limpias. La camarera de la cafetería es encantadora, llegamos cuando faltaba poco para cerrar y nos atendió muy bien. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

We stayed one night prior to flying out of Madrid. Close to airport and free hotel transportation. Very large and clean family room and staff were very helpful. Excellent stay.
