Wanted to stay another night here but they were booked out! Great position not far from the metro so travel into Madrid was a breeze.

I came to Madrid more than two weeks ago and stayed for two days. I traveled a lot and came back from Lisbon yesterday and chose to stay here. Except that it is a bit far from the city center, it is the best hotel I have stayed in this trip. It is relatively new and complete, and it is enough for going out.

房間比較暗，隔音效果也不是很好，要求換樓層也不給。

The room is quite dark and the soundproofing is not very good. We asked to change the floor but were not given one.

隔應效果一般，還蠻吵，交通不太便利

The isolation effect is average, it's quite noisy, and the transportation is not very convenient

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

We are enchanted with the whole hotel. Good communication to make a path around the community. The dinner service excellent quality price but above all the cafe and restaurant staff I think it's the best I have found in no hotel!! One ten for them. I'm sure that when we go back to Madrid we repeat. Thanks 

#positive #I was happy with the Value for Money, Nearby Shops, Nearby Restaurants, Safety, Mosquito Control Measures; #negative #I was disappointed with the Soundproofing; Hotel location is very good, this location is also cost-effective, next to shopping places, the surrounding is very close to tourist attractions, that is, the sound insulation effect is really general, I was awakened by the sound of drilling the wall outside early in the morning and I couldn't stand it!
