This is about our 6th year at this hotel and it never disappoints. This is a lovely hotel with everything you would expect from somewhere with a 5 star Trip Advisor rating. Cleanliness, comfort, food and service all excellent. Entertainment mostly good. Great range of food each day. Spent all of our stay at the quiet pool - so peaceful. What makes it special for me are the staff. Very welcoming. friendly, always willing to go that little bit further. My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Big shout out out to brothers David and Daniel, Mar at the restaurant thanks for everything, and Maurizio at reception. Cant wait to return next year.

We booked this hotel and resort on the recommendation of the Tui rep in our local shop and because of the many 5 star reviews it receives on tripadvisor. We stayed for 10 nights in October and I cannot agree with all the positive comments made about this hotel. How can a 4 star superior hotel have cold plates for every meal. We asked about this several times and was told this was because the hotel could not afford to have the plate warmer repaired. I find this incredible for a popular hotel. The staff however did warm our plates when we asked. Food was sometimes cold or lukewarm. The variety and presentation of food was good but spoilt by this easy to remedy problem. At times there seemed to be a shortage of staff especially at breakfast when they were slow to clear plates away. Rooms are very minimalist with very little storage space. Although we had a welcome drink we did not have any other complimentary alcoholic drinks throughout our stay. Usually 4 star hotels have Cava at breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room. Alcudia is not a place we would return to. The only place of interest was the old town. It seems to be more for cycling than a resort for couples. The hotel caters more for cyclists and they were given free drinks. There is very little atmosphere in the hotel in the bar or entertainment areas. The dress code at dinner seems to be anything goes, shorts, flip flops and cycling attire. It seems strange that a small hotel that does not open all year round has more reviews than a large one in Tenerife which is open all year. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. We were greeted with a smile and the choice of a glass of water or local (I think) prosecco. The hotel and pool areas were spotless, great attention paid to detail, staff very friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and intend to return next year.
