If you book 2 bedrooms, don't stay in room 625, the second bedroom is so noisy, you can't sleep at all, I can only sleep in the living room at night, it doesn't count as 2 bedrooms at all, I just want to pay for one bedroom! The surrounding scenery is good, but this facility is annoying! There is a family supermarket at the door that opens early

We stayed here two nights and found the cabins clean and tidy and the whole area was well maintained. Loved that it was a very short walk to restaurants and beach. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I stayed 3 nights. Yes, it had ocean views but the main road out front was noisy and so were my neighbours. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well- supplied with crockery and cutlery, but the dish sponge had old food caked on it (and was half of a full dish sponge someone had cut in half 🙄). The kitchen ceiling looked like there had been a fire at some point and the black marks had been hastily painted over. Two bath towels and a bath mat were supplied and that was all - no hand towels or face washers. The bathroom was basic and tired, like the rest of the apartment, but the shower was good. The air con worked. The wall clock that had no battery in it so the hands were permanently stuck on 1.40 said it all, really.

Absolutely recommend this place!! Right from check in, being an easy and informative process. Great customer service!! Good car parking space, and very clean lift. Room was fantastic! Spacious, full apartment setup. Kitchen and facilities, well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and clean. Lots of spare blankets/pillows in both rooms. Bathrooms both main and ensuite, are very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy and and are setup with smart tvs. Very modern apartment with a big outdoor area with large 6 seater outdoor furniture for eating and or entertaining. Pool, Spa and Sauna were well used by my family and are well maintained. Walking distance to the beach, and main shopping centre and great eateries of Mooloolaba. We were literally in the heart of Mooloolaba. I can’t wait for our next trip, and will without a doubt book Alexandra on the Pacific again! Thank you so so much for an amazing accommodation and experience 🥰

Room 35, I booked a family holiday to give us a break during the school holidays, booked a ”Superior Room” which was meant to be renovated & well... a Superior apartment, sadly I was shocked when we walked into the room, it was so old & run down the kitchen looked like it was from the 70's or 80's, furniture was old & couches were peeling, kitchen window was locked so we couldnt even open it for fresh air, there were spiders & cobwebs in corners of the walls, ants were a massive problem they were everywhere on the dining table, kitchen bench & bathroom sinks, All ceiling fans were rusted & hanging a little from the wall, the main bedroom Fan was so loud we couldnt even have it on & the room was very hot at night so we needed it. There was no pantry space for food & we had no hot water nearly every night, so couldnt enjoy a hot shower after a long day out. I know these apartments are individually owned so this will in no way stop us from returning as we have stayed in other beautiful apartments at mandolin previously & staff are always amazing, we will just be sure not to be put in this apartment again. Managment was amazing with our hot water issue came up strait away to tell us why we didnt have much, but in a family apartment there needs to be more then 10mins worth of hot water in a 24hr period. It took a couple of mins for it to even warm up. Something the owner of this particular apartment should look into as well as a good renovation & better cleaners, as cutlery was not very clean, plates & dishes had bits of food on them, even the railing on the balcony & chunks of food stuck to it that i can only assume came from the people before us, but none the less, the cleaners need to do a better job. The price for this room alone is not worth what the room is like & offers. The View from this apartment is absolutely beautiful in the day & night.
