The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms and furniture are very old, but it is a clean hotel.

We would like to thank all the hotel staffs exceptional service during our stay at the hotel.  It was a birthday vacation of my husband, we felt appreciated for the little surprise of balloons in our room and a birthday cake for my husband.  Stunning view from our room balcony, facing the Aegean sea.  Breakfast was superb, nice pool side Greek style breakfast buffet! We had a wonderful vacation at Alexandroupolis, a lovely seaside town, hopefully we could return again in the future.  What a beautiful beach resort!

One of the best experiences in our summer holiday life. Clean room, sea view, few steps to the beach, beach towels for free, free Lunch for kids, great meals, variety of food, our family really enjoyed, even we had 5 month baby with us, but we really had relaxed holiday. Location is great. IT s beggining of walking zone, near the sea, all the way long to the landmark of the City - Lighttower. All recommendation for this hotel. 

As it is promoted It is a 5 star hotel and  they charge so. According to offer it is a 3 star my experience.  Also do not trust them  if the price for a room is given verbally. Take it in written! I had bad experience. Also although we had a quit expensive suite there were not a safe although was in the equipment offered. The rooms (bedroom/ salon) were not really cleaned  and the equipment poorly maintained   . Also the bathroom was poorly illuminated  etc…. etc… also they leave  the refrigerator without some bottles of water  as one of the personnel told : ” but it is Alexandroypoli.... ” so poor quality must be expected ..... sousentendu...emplied...
