Amazing experince! We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and cozy room. Great view! The staff were nice, all of them from reception to housekeeping. I chose Twin Lakes primarily bec they have heated pool, but I didn't like it very much bec of its water condition. I'll def go back. I give 4.5 out of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I love the ambiance, and the service accorded to us, It was an amazing stay. I suggest that the hotel management upgrade their GYM equipment.
The only problem that I encounter is that  I left my shirt hanging inside the wardrobe and I wasn't able to recover it.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower but maintenance was able to help fix it.

The place is good not crowded but the facilities is not that spectacular, smell of the hotel is old. few choices on breakfast buffet, hard to reach if you don't have service vehicle. Pricey if you book on the hotel. Bed is not comfortable but other facilities is good like game room and children's paly ground

1. It is very convenient to park, with extra bed, suitable for bringing children. 2. The scenery of the balcony is invincible, and the view of Taal Lake is unobstructed. 3. Sitting on the balcony, there is a feeling of ”the breeze is coming, the water is not happy”. 😁 4. In the early morning on the balcony, there is a cool breeze, and the birds in the valley are constantly singing, which is very healing. Probably the best lake view hotel in Tagaytay.
