Be aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.

The WiFi in our room did not work, nor did the tv. We asked for some assistance but was just told it does not work.
If you're going to be checking in at night, eat before you come. We arrived around 10:00pm and had no options for food. Couldn't get Uber eats because outside food is not allowed and the WiFi didn't work to look it up anyway.

Vi booket et rom for fire voksne på vei hjem fra Tulum for å være nære Cancun flyplass. Beliggenheten i forhold til flyplassen er kjempefin. Kort vei. Vi fikk et rom med to doble senger som var for små til å romme to personer hver. I tillegg var sengen altfor for kort for min mann på 1.87 m. Frokosten var en halv time forsinket. Den bestod av en lapp der vi kunne krysse av for det vi ville ha. Dette var ikke mye. Vi hadde inkludert kontinental frokost og fikk loff/toast med syltetøy, noen melonbiter med yoghurt og müsli. Kaffe og juice. Skulle vi ha egg kostet dette 180 pesos i tillegg. Hotellet ser fint ut og jeg hadde forventninger til et godt opphold. Jeg ble svært skuffet pga senger, frokost og middelmådig service. Det var desverre ikke en god opplevelse og jeg vil ikke anbefale reisende dette hotellet.

I really did not enjoy staying here. The tv in the room didn’t work, the fan for the vent was noisy and barely worked, the bathroom smelt pretty bad. The breakfast left much to be desired; any proteins were extra $. It was also at an awkward location for my needs and although the concierge was helpful to get me a taxi, it was a whopping 700 pesos for a journey of about 20 mins.

Very cute hotel with kind staff. It was quiet and clean. The outdoor lounge area was very nice with the hammocks and wild life. They kindly arranged airport transportation for me as well. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for our unexpected extra night in Cancun. The area is not great for walking around, but once you are inside the property, it is incredibly safe, clean, and comfortable. We had great service and a lovely dinner with absolutely delicious chicken fajitas. Our room was quiet and peaceful.

Love the home style feel of an estate hotel! Amenities were great, huge shower, restaurant on property! Pool, bar, pool table, and nice backyard.
You must be buzzed into the property and it is secure feeling! Awesome hospitality!
