La comida tipo bufé de las peores que he probado, el desayuno escaso , embutidos de la peor calidad y muy mal presentados , la bollería mala y solo 3 variedades , la fruta sin sabor y los huevos mal cocinados y respecto a la comida y la cena , la paella horrible , los pescado en salsa muy mal aspecto y las carnes siempre en salsa y siempre pollo . En resumen la comida pésima . A este hotel solo le salva el personal de recepción y sobre todo los camareros y camareras porque las señoritas que limpian las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear . En definitiva no vuelvo ni aunque me lo regalen y por si fuera poco la situación del hotel muy lejos de todo

Pas d eau chaude l eau douche se déverse jusqu’à la chambre en plus des travaux juste derrière le mure de la chambre.
Dans la publicité y indique parler le français ce qui était faut réception j avais l'impression de dérangé
Mon premier critère quand je réserve une chambre je regarde si ont parle français pour m aider durant ma visite.
De plus j avais réservé deux nuits je suis parti après la première nuit

Horrible…..the sink didn’t work, there was no hott water for a shower. Also, the toilet didn’t flush and lastly the AC/heater didn’t work! Didn’t expect much but definitely didn’t expect that! I will say, it’s a great location for ferry and food… also bed wasn’t bad!

Hotel is old building but each employee is doing the best to make your stay comfortable. It is clean and staff is very friendly

The hotel is very well located for the port (about 5 minutes walk) if you are wanting to make day trips to Ceuta or Tangier. It is basic but the reception is open 24 hours and a really nice kebab takeaway next door with the staff speaking good English. It is about 10 mins from the bus and train stations too. The area can be a bit quiet late at night though.
