The staff in general made us feel very welcomed but the restaurant employees went out of their way to help me celebrate my daughter's birthday. Great night. Definitively going back.

The hotel and the staff are brilliant.
The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city centre and takes about 20 minutes drive. Taxi cost between 22-25 Euros each way unless you hire a car.

We were a group of 42 and our flight was cancelled. We arrived around 18h30, all the rooms were ready, we even had and amazing dinner. Rooms were extremely clean, well furnished with towels and toiletries; the private little garden was so nice! The service from the reception the bar and the dining room was also excellent. Thanks to the team for your kindness.

Managed to get a last minute family room after a cancelled flight late at night.Had a great sleep after a very stressful evening. Clean and comfortable. Big thanks to the staff who were all extremely helpful.Special thanks to Adrian on the night shift.

Um hotel muito confortável, embora um pouco afastado do centro. Porém, com vagas para estacionar o carro gratuitamente, é um ótimo café da manhã. Atendimento e limpeza impecáveis.

Attribuirsi 4 stelle sarebbe come per me che gioco a calcetto, attribuirmi i titoli vinti da Ronaldo. Location fuori da qualsiasi percorso turistico Stanze anguste. Arredamento datato. Manutenzione assente. Doccia ancora con la vasca. Aria condizionata inutilizzabile perché non regolabile. Insonorizzazione assente. Viene scelto per i tour turistici solo per il basso costo. Per fortuna ci siamo stati un solo giorno. Lo sconsiglio sotto tutto gli aspetti. Pessimo è dir poco. Ovviamente inoltrerò immediatamente il reclamo alla agenzia che ci ha prenotato questo tour, che come al solito se ne fregherà altamente. Evviva l'Italia.

Hôtel très bien placé à côté de l’aéroport. Parfait pour notre arrivée tardive. Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil, aux petits soins. La chambre pour 4 était très bien, les draps sont doux. C’est calme, nous avons bien dormi. Et le petit déjeuner était excellent.
