arrived on a Friday 2200 pm, there group of 8 Ryan air staff, had to wait 40 minutes to check-in. and all is because hotel manager it s genius to live just 1 person st reception and require to enter passport details into the system manually why all are waiting. I have been to 50 other hotels in the last 3 years, all made a copy of passport, I never waited for more than 10 minutes. other issue is alcohol right at the door into hotel. I am not coming to a hotel to see drunks and am not coming to hotel to drink, there are restaurants and night clubs for it. other than that I liked the town there a lot of views and sights. this hotel is about 600m from bus station and about 800m from town center which is roughly station Luceros.

Location is nice, walkable distance to old town. But rooms do not have ocean view.

Really lovely accommodation — easy to get to from the airport (the C6 bus is a life saver!) and walking distance to the centre and to the beach. The pool is nice and there was a variety of seating options (sun loungers, comfy armchairs, tables and chairs). Overall, a great stay.

Great indoor jacuzzi & rooftop swimming pool! The location was good as it was away from the hustle and bustle

The room is very spacious, and the health management is pretty good. The front desk service is friendly and can store luggage. There is a C6 bus leading to the airport at the door. The location is a bit remote and far from various attractions.

It's a pretty good hotel. Although the preparations were not sufficient when checking in, after communicating with the hotel front desk, they basically came to solve the problem as soon as possible. The hotel is still a good choice for self-driving guests. Generally speaking, it is not bad. satisfy

Good hotel, a little out of the way but which makes up for it with the quality of the facilities (swimming pool, room) and the friendliness of certain members of the staff. Good choice of restaurants not far away.

Hotel with impeccable and new rooms, huge and very comfortable bed, complimentary coffee and water, bathrobe and slippers... The abundant breakfast, always replenishing and very varied. With airport bus stop and fifteen minutes walk from the beach and center.

The location of the hotel is very close to the bathing beach. The hotel is clean, the bed is not good, the breakfast is average, and the price is high.

The room is bright and the window has a wide view. The interior facilities are simple and elegant. The surrounding environment is beautiful, only ten minutes walk from the seaside of Alicante. Next time I come to this city, I will consider staying in this hotel.
