Although this hotel is not located in the city center, it is indeed good in all aspects. Facilities: an adult swimming pool on the first floor and a rooftop swimming pool on the roof Hygiene: The room is very clean. The hotel is also very clean and new. It's quite comfortable when you walk in. Environment: It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Although it is not the city center, there is a bus at the door that can go to the city center in 20 minutes or more than a dozen stops. It is actually very convenient. The ticket is 1.45 euros. Service: The front desk was very welcoming. Because it was not the peak season, the room was upgraded. The high-rise room on the 9th floor was also very comfortable and also had a terrace. This stay was a good experience, and the breakfast was OK. There weren't many choices, so it was okay to eat. It should be the off-season now, so there are few people at the beach. It’s not like you’re suppressing a bunch of people! This hotel is recommended!

Be sure to choose a room with a terrace, which has a great view. The room was very clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very cost-effective. Close to the beach, 10 minutes walk. Away from urban areas and scenic spots, it is suitable for people who like quietness and lying down during vacation.

The room is neat and clean with complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. You can reach the city center in 30 minutes by public transportation. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

Well we had a wonderful few days in this hotel. Nice and clean delicious meal. Good service and that's why we would like to thank Alba for everything. Furthermore, well located and beautiful inside.

The price/performance ratio is very high, everything is perfect, the facilities are very new, and the restaurant provides a wide range of food. The only problem is that if you have to walk to the beach, it feels a bit far.

The reception staff were excellent. We had a problem with the room and Lidia resolved the issue. Pedro also assisted with the WiFi connection. Thank you both! The food was good and there was lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Tram service very close so easy to get into the city centre without driving. We would certainly come again.

Beautiful hotel with great service, breakfast, and overall vibe. There are 2 pools, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. Room was modern and clean. Just a few minute walk to the beach and tram.

Super nice hotel! Friendly and service minded staff, great rooms, great beds, great view. Huge breakfast! The hotel even gave me a surprise room upgrade for long time staying, which was amazing! I only had some trouble with wi-fi in my room, which were sorted out within a couple of days, but other than that - everything was terrific! I'd be happy to come back very soon!

We have just got back from 3 nights at this hotel It was very clean and tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly The pools are not heated on roof or on lower level they were freezing so not sure why its says the roof one is .. roof bar is also not open at moment obviously out of season , which was a shame Food... we only booked with breakfast was plenty to choose from.. but both mornings the hot food was all cold which was disappointing as we just didnt want to eat it You do have to walk some to the beach , and finding somewhere to eat was challenging,you are best going to alicante which cost us around €35 return Lovely hotel .. but was quiet not much going on around the area or a atmosphere I found . 2 full days was enough for us

Stayed 5 nights. Nice hotel, what you see on photo is what you get. Only negative is location. A bit off, 10 minutes walk ringte beach, tram/bus to city center. But easy solvarme.

1-No duvet cover STILL 2-Mattress cover was AGAIN dirty 3-Couverture was dirty/old 4-Sauna is very dangerous as no one checks if you are stuck in it so I did not close the door. One man came up to me asking if I had found his ear phone and then asked me if I needed company ?!!! Was he a guest or an intruder ?! I told them about the sauna but no doubt NOTHING will be done. 5-Food is ALL frozen from veggies to bread. Coffee machine - don’t use as the water taste awful. I like the fruits only mainly. Salad was once not clean and I had to tell them. 6-TAP Water in the room you can’t drink it and it probably damages my hair. 7-ROOM not facing south is only good for a few hours. Need the Sun ! 8-Did NOT sleep well as AGAIN plenty of noise from I guess the cleaning team moving chairs and beds. GOT woken up too in the MIDDLE of the night by hearing security on the floor talking.
