Great location and nice hotel. Problem is there is not enough soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear other people walking by the room when there's someone outside. Personnel is kind and breakfast is correct. Overall good.

no parking provided, no connecting rooms even if possible to assign, leaking bathroom, rooms with NO view at all. No bathroom door, no privacy, far too expensive.definitely NO 4*. only location is good.

The room is small, there is no water supply, and there is no soundproofing. You can clearly hear the sound from next door. For the same price, you can stay in the Eurostar Hotel next door.

Very pleasant, accommodating and warm staff!! The location is ideal. The rooms are clean and well equipped. In short, a hotel that ticks all the boxes.

Very friendly staff, very clean facilities, small but well used room.

Small room , 1. floor. Useless view ( towards 3 walls.) Roof: pool almost useless for swimming ( 2 meters wide), but could be ok on a very hot day. No sun beds, but a few sunchairs. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast at 12 euro.Ok gym ( a bit hot). Refrigerator in room with a little space for own items. Best part: 200m to beach, 100 m to small grocery store

The staff was not smiling when we came. The staff was not polite to say goodbye when we left. The breakfast bacon, scrambled eggs and beans were far from hot enough. Too many cakes for breakfast. Sausages would have been a better alternative instead. Good coffee. Great yoghurt.

Hotel is conveniently located in Old town Alicante. Great restaurants are within blocks. The hotel's decor is modern and fun. I'll return when I'm back in Alicante.

Relatively small room and no wiew to the sea. Clean rooms and friendly staff. No parkingspace outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel however the whole bathroom is clear glass so you can see when someone is in the shower

The hotel is located in the city centre and walking distance to the beach

My stay in this hotel was good but there was 2 disapointing factors ,the pool on the roof top was not practical as it was only as wide as a large bath so would not suit most people also the room size was very small with no view or balcony ,the service and cleanliness was very good

Lovely stay in Alicante. Definitely recommend this hotel. Decor very modern feel and the rooftop pool great!
