Quality Inn

Great service, cordial professional staff, clean rooms, fast internet. Jamie, Lilly and Ally were awesome, helpful and attentive. An enjoyable 12 days at the Quality Inn.

The pictures on the website are so misleading. I don't know where ******* got those pics but that isnt the same place we went too. Our room stunk like dirty laundry and it was the pillows. When we asked for a refund they refused to approve the refund after saying they would. The area around the place was abandoned, dirty just like the hotel. There were mattresses in the hallway and we thought staff was a bit rude to the other people but they acted nice toward us. Little did we know that they had planned all along to deny our refund. Had the pictures not been so misleading we would not have booked our stay here. We were in a strange place for a funeral and we didn't know anything about this place. As travelers we were really yltaken advantage of. ******* is also responsible for this deception since they have the wrong information on their website. No one from the hotel or ******* has reached out to us to correct this issue. ******* offered a $25.00 credit that was all. Mary Gonzalez

The stay was nice, Front Desk was very friendly, Rooms are in great need of upgrade, condiments for coffee not available, bed was comfortable

Pictures on the website are deceiving. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. Windows were dirty and curtains didn’t close all the way. Pool was full of bugs and debris so we decided not to get in.

Everything was fine with the exception of the night stand lights not working.

This so call hotel is more like a Motel!!!!! It looks so beautiful on the website but it’s actually nothing like what the pictures on the website look's like. As my family & l approached the hotel, we thought it was ABANDONED!!!! We got there and checked into the room and to our dismay it was horrible. Nevertheless, we decided to stay and just relax herself. The Entire area look as it is desolate. There’s a lot of rundown buildings. Just nothing that I was expecting according to the pictures and pictures of surrounding areas that they showcase. We went to sleep only to be woken up by roaches calling on us at 7:30am In the morning I went in the bathroom to take a shower only to see the roaches on top of the ceiling and the bathroom and come in through the vents. We decided to leave early so we end up checking out at 8:30 AM. We went to the front desk to speak to the agent there, we explained to her what we saw, and what was crawling on us, and all she said was “ Sorry, I will have the maintenance. Call the Pet Control on Monday.” No, What can I do to make this better? I will let you pay half the night that you’re late leaving before check out.” Just horrible ….I just want my money back!
