Hilton at Resorts World Bimini

Became sick on way there. They will not refund my money

Hotel room was clean and comfortable during my stay! Great amenities and also great service staff! Would highly recommend to stay in Bimini!

We always stay at Hiltons whenever we travel. This was our first time coming to this Hilton and I was very disappointed. The room smelled like humidity and moldy and the floor was still dirty. The sheets and pillows had stains, the shower puddles so when you shower you’re just standing you your own filth. The door was broken and the inside the closet the door to the electrical panel was also broken. We were staying on the third floor and the ac in the hallway was not working and again it smelled like humidity and moldy. I’ve very disappointed since I was expecting better quality since it’s a Hilton.

I read that the Hilton properties make up the majority of North Bimini, and you feel that here. It is virtually the only place to stay and while the hotel is nice you feel trapped. Also, you share the beach daily with either cruise guests or day trippers and you are not even allowed on the beach during some of the cruise dates. The food is mediocre, I recommend going to downtown for affordable fresh conch or seafood. And for the days that you are not allowed on the Hilton beach go to Radio beach (you will need to rent a golf cart). The rooms are okay, my shower didnt work right and we got a smaller room than I thought, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well which is nice. My biggest gripe is that the pools, which are gorgeous, are FREEZING. There are 2 pools at the beach club, one rooftop and a lagoon pool, every single one was really cold. We went to the Big Game area one day so we could just swim in a pool that was even slightly heated. Finally, the best view is to be had by walking on the area surrounding the roof top deck - I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. We had a bottom floor lagoon room and it was awesome to simply swim to our room. Hot water seemed to be scarce. The food in the ****** bar was really good!

Due to a miscommunication, that was not Hilton Bimini fault, I had to reach out to manager. I was connected with Michelle Merino because it was a Special Event. When I say the service was impeccable, I am not exaggerating. I had several email questions and she immediately responded to each one. She went above and beyond for customer service and to make things right with us, even though none of this was any of her fault. We are international travelers with the Ambassador level with Marriott, and never deviate from that. This experience has made us look very favorably on Hilton and when in Bimini, there is no where else we would stay.

I booked Hilton at Resorts World Bimini through Hilton Getaways for my partner's birthday. We travel a lot and this was the top 5 worst trip ever. The Silver flight was 5 hours late for a 30 minute flight. We asked about airport transport to the hotel and no one would tell us in advance. Turns out there really isn't any. You have to find a van at the airport to take you to a small pontoon style boat which takes you to the North Island for $8, about a 10 minute ride. Then you have to find a ride to the Hilton, there aren't any taxis. In the rain, it would be a nightmare. The Hilton is ok, but huge. It was 1/10th of a mile from our room to the front desk and we are older. The rooms are nice, but our safe and the door safety latch were broken. The people who repaired these were nice. The food is lousy and food prices are astronomical. Food service personnel attitudes are terrible. The large pool was dirty. The Starbucks in the lobby couldn't even make a latte; I threw it out. The music at the adult pool was very loud, so we could not stay there. Key takeaway if you go: Take the Ferry from Ft. Lauderdale. We bought seats on the Seaplane, but flights were cancelled due to weather ($660). Our return on Silver Air was cancelled. We took the ferry for $520 one way for 2. On top of buying the two other flights.

The bartender Ervin and servers Wally, Rashad and Way Way were very professional and attentive. Plan to visit again. The beach was very clean the pool was superb. The dj was great mixing old and new songs in her Playlist. ++++++++++++++++++

Hotel was very low quality and extremely overcrowded. Please check your food. We went to the ****** restaurant for lunch and the french fries has a deep fried fly. Showed the waitress and she was rather unconcerned like this was common and acceptable.
