Room service very poor & electrical wire of hot water tank is without plug , no hand towel ,only 1 bath towel

The room was very dirty. Sheets and comforters were not changed. It had hair and blood like stains. Tables were not dusted and it seemed like it was not swept and mopped for weeks. Due not the bad hygiene of the room we did not eat breakfast even though we paid for it. Please don’t book this hotel. Housekeeping does not know cleanliness at all. ******* please remove this hotel from your hotels list. Their hygiene is pathetic.

Hotel has managed everything very well.
Everything is above par.
The best part is the hotel ambience and not to forget the food they offer.
the buffet breakfast is delicious. I have ordered dinner from rooms service and the taste was 'very delicious'.
Near, clean and maintained very good hygiene.
I have been told there is an upcoming cafe inside the hotel and that would be open in a few days.
will visit next month and stay here again.

My stay at Hotel Celestial Inn was absolutely wonderful! From the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully maintained rooms, every detail exceeded my expectations.
