Hotel Golden Palace

Washroom was not clean and water comes out in room while bathing. Bed sheet and pillows were not clean

The hygiene was not maintained at all even after complaint.

Good hotel in low price. Clean and neat

Room and bath room was clean but i think bedsheet was old one they have not changed it.

First thing first, don't book this room/hotel. When i asked for water post receiving my meals from swiggy, he misbehaved with me. I was all scared, and i checked out as soon as i could in morning. Nothing is provided, tv is just a box, no soap, electricity cut is of hours, and they don't start generator as soon as it's need is required post power cut. Ring bajao toh koi nahi aayega aapke room mein ki kaya diktat hai. Mineral water likha hai, par believe me that is not included in your stay. Sirf sar chhupane ke lye chhat milega aur kuch nahi. And for this mere thing, they charge you thousands for just a non ac room. I am still scared and this is my worst ever nightmare i ever encountered in my whole life.

No lift. Television was faulty. Cleaning is average. Location is better. It is nearby jn. Over all average stay

The room was not hygienic, washrooms also were not cleaned up to the mark also the hot water tap was not working.

Management of hotal is very good behaviour of all the staff is good, polite and helping ashif khan is good employ

Cleanliness to be further improved.
