Hotel Suncity

My two day's stay in this was pleasnt. Location of this hotel is very nice, it is a walkable distance from prayagraj rely station. Even it is a very busy place, the stay was very much calm and noise less. The food price was little bit higher compared to other places.

Hotel facilities are not provide according tariff, kitchen start only after 7. 30pm. No parking space, shaving & dental kit not provided

Food is good, staff not cooprative, location is good, don't have parking. Breakfast is not good and costly.

Good hotel for stay. It's located near railway station that's make it convenient for the travellers

Water is leaking into the room from bathroom room has a very old ac which struggles to cool the room

Its average stay. One of the rooms was good abed spacious. But maintenance and staff response were not good.

Pathetic experience. Came here for a normal 2-day stay, but a really rude host. They don't even provide toothpaste after charging such high rates. The blankets probably haven't been cleaned in ages and were smelling damp. The worst part was the washroom. There were spiders and cockroaches all over the place. I still did not worry too much, I was here for work. But during the checkout time, I asked them if I'll be late by 5 minutes, and can I possibly checkout at 12:05. (I'm new to the city and got lost. They told me they can't wait as the next guest is already there. I rushed my way back, to find no one there. I confronted them, and their response was 'sir wo boas tehelne gaye hai. I waited for 15 minutes, no one came. I asked them again, and they said please just check out. I was furious at the time. I understand it's their policy, but on their part, their service had already been woeful. I showed them the video of the infestation and he said, "jao ap feedback do. This is such utter bs. They are not even ready to check the room, after being shown visual proof. So here i am, giving feedback. Avoid this place if you're a bit into hygiene i'd say. Otherwise you get complimentary cockroaches, smoke from street and musty old blankets. )

I missed my train so i decided to stay at a budget hotel for one night, then i pick this property and it's come out as an awsome stay.

Food and staff good. Hotel location too crowded. Ac had a problem. Too much power cut. Food was nice and homely. Far from sangam. Average stay.
