Struggling with booking in the mid of check-in due but the hotel managing director was very helpful for us upgrade room and offer an additional free breakfast for 1pax . Clean ,neat and tidy hotel . Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was under renovations and hence dusty, noisy and not a good presentation. Otherwise a comfortable stay

We stayed for 1 night during November 2025. Hotel is very well located in Rambagh area and within close proximity of Ghat, Hanuman temple, Bat Vriksha, Railway station and other famous temples. Special shoutout for front desk officer Mr. Pawan who was kind enough to accede to our request for late check-out. He was warm, welcoming and ensured a pleasant stay for us.

Hotel is fraud. They will collect the amount as advance and later they will cancel the booking. In the name of returning the amount they will share the link / qr, through QR they will commit fraud. Hotel is criminal's hotel, dont go, dont book and dont pay any advance

Pathetic hotel , these people will take 💯 Advance & after that when you arrive at property you will feel like were the hell you had spend your money, We paid 15000/- for 2 Adults & 1 extra Adult & in return we got a bathroom size room , extra person have to sleep on floor mattress , food not at all worthy

Not a good stay
Arrived on 12/02/25, checked in the room was not , had booked a double king size bed , instead got two single bed , the fridge was not working , room was not cleaned , the breakfast in buffets only had four to five items, for what they were charging us for room which was 10000 rupees per night

Horrible Experience!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
Absolutely Terrible, its not a 3-star hotel. More like -1 star hotel. The rooms are in pathetic condition, everything looks like its been pulled out of a rubble. Musquitoes all over the place. You will hear loud traffic noise all night long ***** with unwanted cars playing their own mixes at full volume. Bathroom’s are nasty. All in all i would say avoid this hotel except if they offer you at 1000 INR per night and you are really desperate to stay. Not a penny more.
