Its closeness to the railway junction and airport is an equally valuable advantage. The team has always arranged cabs whenever required, making travel smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the owner’s friendly and flexible approach. Regardless of the season or rush, I have always been offered a fixed tariff, which shows their genuine commitment to long-term guest relationships. On several occasions, when I have made unplanned visits, accommodation has always been arranged for me without hesitation—always with a warm welcome. Another remarkable aspect of Hotel UR is the personalized care. My requests—whether for customised meals or a specific requirement—have been fulfilled seamlessly. The worst hotel in Prayagraj when it comes to the room standard, room quality, amenities and facilities. There is no window in the room so you feel the suffocation 24X7. Intercom does not work. Room size is so small that even the luggage cannot be put in properly There is place to put table and chair inside the room where you can sit and do your work or have meal properly. The bathroom is 10 inches above the ground with a small height door where even a 5' tall person will find it difficult to enter without getting the head banged with the door frame. Poor ventilation and dim lights inside the room will make you feel like you are lodged in a prison. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They provide Puri-Sabji type breakfast in your room where you cannot sit properly and eat it as everything is so compressed. The charges are sky high but the facilities are worse as compared even to a dharamshaala. AVOID booking this hotel else you will also write a similar review. I am still in Room no. 203, which I unfortunately booked for two days after paying 100% advance. Don't get trapped and book some other hotel.
