Don't trust the 3500 reviews. Worst hotel and third class room, very shabby and unhygienic.. zero cleanliness. At 10k per night try others. It's equal to 1 star hotel. Pictures uploaded are old hotel rooms, next day they changed my room after 5 pm , promised immediate change. Room 1116 Paints worn out Dust on fan AC not working Mosquitoes Sticky dirty floor with black sticky stuff on floor Entire floor with mud. Train noise full time Electrical panels worn out Stained stool No intercom Holes in door see through Cars can't enter the hotel due to railway station Only food good

Amenities were good. Staff behaviour is also good. Malfunction of ac in room number 14 makes the stay a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was perfect and the food quality and quantity was also very good.

I stay in hotel polo max praysgraj, the service is all over very good. The behaviuor of staff is also very good, mr. Rajnish is very co operative and well behaving staff.

At the outset i was allotted room where the floor tiles were not fixed, then i asked for change of room again the room was allotted it had a seepage on walls, then i was allotted third room that was also terrible.

The hotel was average considering the price facilities were not upto the mark. I asked for water 10 times then they delivered the bottle to some other room, i had to get it by myself from reception i requested them to microwave and heat my food, the out-rightly refused saying you are not someone special, we do not provide any such services

Because it is next to train station. I couldn't sleep. Lots of noise, rates are too high for such hotels, breakfast not good either. Floor tiles are so cold no mats in the room. My room that i booked had bad smell but i was given another room
