Dear sir/ Mam , I had book 1 room for 2 night for my parents, but very sorry to both of my parents unable to connect to hotel team in order to how to reach , in spite of multiple call no one from hotel team connect which then and connect how to reach hotel , both of them are seniors Citizen . Finals both my parent had gone through mental and physical turmoil and unable to check in hotel , I had launched complaints for same on 13th Feb early morning . Request you to please refund our complete payment

My experience was bad right from the time of travel to the property.. Reached the hotel with great difficulty through narrow lanes. There was no power during checkin. Was told it was due to some maintenance work and would be restored in a few hours. We accepted these without any complaints. As it was around 1:30 PM and there were were no restaurants in the vicinity, we went to their restaurant for lunch. We were told that they cannot serve any food till the power supply is restored. This was a flash point. We complained to the Manager and checked out of the hotel within minutes of our check in. Have written to MakeMyTrip explaining this and demanded refund of the advance deposit. Reply and refund awaited.

Personal trip for art-hi visarjan. Pros : hotel is about 2. 5 km to sangam boat place. Staff seemed friendly and eager to help. Cons : dirty plates in the restaurant, mediocre food. Street noise, bathroom doors not fully closing is not vintage. Management should invest a little more money to make this a unique property atleast for the amount of money they are charging for a night.

The stay was okay but services were laggard. The hotel is yet to come up to level of excellence we wish to see in welcome group hotels . Food is tasty but only if you order fresh from kitchen - breakfast was stale and the staff was not considerate despite the booking level being not high.
There are many fronts on which the hotel can improve - no proper bell desk is at the hotel. Every staff only tells that they are new and are not aware of things which shows their incompetence. One has to follow a lot for services required . The good points are the ambience of the premises - retro in nature - good times with friend guaranteed if you have prepared all the amenities with you like a lodge

No attached toilet. Was separate and a little away from the room. Wish this had been specified before the booking. Food was average. Service was average. Staff help was average.

They didn't give 20% discount on food and beverage as mentioned in the booking. Hemant Dwivedi, the contact provided by MMT to follow up with the hotel, is not picking calls.
