前台很熱情，酒店的泳池也挺好的

The front desk was very welcoming and the hotel's swimming pool was also very good

衞生還可以，前台阿姨態度很好，很熱情。
大堂有熱水，有咖啡。
房間比較小，晚上買了吃的在大堂休息，吃下還可以。
家庭住就有點小

The hygiene is OK, the front desk lady is very nice and welcoming.
There is hot water and coffee in the lobby.
The room is relatively small. I bought food to rest in the lobby at night, and the food was OK.
It is a bit small for family stay

The check-in was fast and pleasant. The attendant even asked for my room preference and made suggestions. We were provided a list of the eateries in the area, which was very convenient. There was an unpleasant odor in the room at first,  but nothing that the spray I brought with me couldn't fix. Everything met my expectations, except the lack of hot water. A nice hot shower would've been great after hitting the slopes. I'm not sure what the issue was, I was too tired to complain and seek resolution. I'd stay here again, but the next time, I will confirm that the hot water is available on arrival. 

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Neglectful cleaning practices, rude staff and poor management that does not take the time to listen to customers. This hotel put myself and my husband at risk as they did not see that someone who had stayed in our room previously COVERED the fire alarm with plastic.  They then accused us of smoking in the room and were subsequently charged $300 as a fine. Considering I am five months pregnant there was no smoking going on in our room. They said we should have removed the plastic when we noticed but we did not notice until the middle of our last night and I was not about to climb up and jump up to remove the plastic that should have been removed and checked prior to us checking into the room. The bathroom was also dirty and staff overall were very unhelpful  I spent 3 weeks fighting this charge and was not given the time of management WHATSOEVER. This hotel will entrap you for charges. Save your money and go stay at the Hilton Brands by the airport.
