I recently booked a stay at classic regency, reserving two rooms, and i must express my disappointment, especially considering my 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In all my years, i have never encountered management quite like this. The hotel’s name, “classic, ” suggests a certain standard, but unfortunately, the reality did not meet expectations. The food and beverage services were particularly lacking, with poor execution and service that felt uncoordinated. While the operational manager seemed out of depth, i do want to acknowledge the general manager's efforts. It was clear he was trying to oversee the team and make improvements, but there seemed to be a disconnect between his vision and the actual service provided. Overall, classic regency has potential, but significant improvements are necessary to align with what “classic” truly means in hospitality. I hope to see meaningful changes in the future.
