I cannot understand the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good at the city centre and close to the attractions. We had chosen a spa package, which is highly recommendable and included chocolates and prosecco. The spa experience was amazing, which we have also reviewed separately in more detail. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived early at 12, they let ut stay on the rooftop pool all day until our room was ready. Great customer service! And when I forgot my Spanish abanico at the hotel, they found it for me, and kept it for a week until I returned to pick it up. A special thank you for your help and honesty! Breakfast was good and the views were stunning from the rooftop to the Alcazaba. Very luxurious. They even opened the breakfast serving 15 minutes earlier than usual, so we had the chance to enjoy the breakfast and still catch our early morning bus. Just a perfect stay here. Simplemente una estancia perfecta aquí.
