The goods - the place is not in the city, but about 30 minutes away - which means that it is secluded enough to be beautiful. We had the most wonderful view from outside our room, and from almost every other place in the hotel. The staff was very nice. We got very good service. The not so good - the distance from the city meant there were no eateries nearby. The food at the hotel was not very good, so that was a problem.

This is a small boutique property. The rooms are excellent with balconies and beautiful views of the Mountains and Valleys. The only issue is that of service. We were on a Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner (MAP) plan and the staff was trying to give us only bare minimum to eat. A re order would generally get a response that the item is over. While checking out we bought this to the notice of the Owners who were there on the property and they promised to look into this. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. I would have rated this 4 star but then the service standards did not match that of a 4 star property

The secluded location away from the town makes the place very quiant and serene. All the rooms have a view directly of the snow covered Himalayas and with the availability of ample amenities, it simple becomes the best place to stay.
