In overall, this hotel were very kids friendly and suitable for family gathering or leisure during school break or holidays.. We will surely come again to enjoy all the amenities with the loved one!

This hotel is super relaxing and has a welcome drink for every guest. This hotel is really kid friendly, they provide a kid club and also a playground. Other than that, the swimming pool is huge and they design a kids friendly slide to play. For adults who want to do gym , their equipment is just like an outside gym. Variety of choices compared to other hotels. Room wise I choose deluxe king room and my room is last and quiet room. Walking to the lobby or swimming pool it's quit far. Breakfast quiet variety of choices. Dinner buffet just Abit normal but quiet worth onlyRM80 per person. If dinner can provide more meat choices will be better .

a bit far from center, but good for family who require quiet place, because of low level of the hotel, pillow and bed a bit moist, for food not many choice but taste ok, kids swimming pool recommend, walking distance to safari wonderland, overall nice place to stay

Overall not bad and can be better in future. My room the airconditioner not function well . Feeling a little bit hot and humid . Thank you very much for the lovely anniversary mini cake.

Have frequented A’famosa ever since 20 years ago. But of course, the newly built Parkroyal is the best.. So in love with the hotel and the services provided. Staffs are polite as well - be it the front desk, housekeeping team, restaurant team. The only cons is that the room doesn’t come with bathtub! However i will definitely come back again!

This new hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The kids loved the swimming pools.

Big n well built resort. Green n quite area. Location also not so bad, nearby golf course n MPO. Only complaint I have is when they have big group check in.. other small family check in was not able to get room on time.. check in luggage 2pm n got room ready Only around 245pm. Also the room we stayed is having little to no air flow. Smell from toilet n humidity do not dry well enough.

overall hotel is great for family with kids. but 1 thing that bother us , the toilets sliding door got no lock (door knob) at all. toilet with no lock is suitable for couples stay. for family with kids not really acceptable. this is malaysia, the hotel should really take this problem into consideration to install the lock at the sliding door.

Overall was great except for check in process. It was school holiday so maybe the crowd was unexpectedly crazy, but we arrived at 3.30pm, queued for 30 mins and was told that our room was not ready. Check in time is 2pm, check out at 11 am. We only get to our room at 5.30pm! Luckily they compensated by letting us late check out at 2pm the next day.

Check in was quite slow. Room was okay not the best but sufficient.the best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool and the location which is close to afamosa freeport.all in all 4/5

Everything just okay. Room very clean, tidy, spacious. My kids really love the swimming pool,& kids club. This hotel very kids friendly. Food for breakfast was great & a lot of choices. The staff was kind & friendly. Everything was okay except for the check in process. We booked four rooms, but we only get 1 room at 3.30pm, the next room at 4.45pm and the next 2 rooms at 5.45pm. Quite disspointed because we bring baby & kids and we have to wait for our room for few hours to be ready

The hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable and its suit our needs with 2 queen size bedroom with sofa room facing garden. Except we have to bare with the sound from cooler aircond system coming from outside (but we are ok with it). However the breakfast options somewhat limited. The food quality is good but the variety of choices was not as extensive. Expanding the menu could significantly enhance the dining experience for guest with diverse tastes. There is room for improvement for hotel's outdoor facilities and activities. Providing more recreational options ie archery, traditional games, small petting zoo, selfie photo area and enhancing existing amenities (simple water slide) would offer more guests more ways to enjoy their stay. Overall, we love the stay in ParkRoyal AFamosa Melaka with memorable experience..

Great cleanliness, friendly staff and secured accommodation as security guard were seen patrolling. The hotel breakfast can be better tho.

The hotel itself is brand new…the staffs were so helpful and always smiling…my kids loved the pool and the kids room…will repeat to stay again if have a chance..keep up the good work!!
