This hotel is at a shoplot area with many nearby abandoned shops. The good thing is the hotel is quite clean. However, the family room with 2 queen beds are very small. Very difficult to pray and move around in the room. Asked for extra pillow and blanket. Charged RM20 for blanket cover and RM5 for each pillow. The rate is very expensive for the room size and location. It is cheaper to book directly with the hotel. There is a row of shops across the road with Speedmart 99, mrDIY, Malay restaurant and Mamak shop. Many termites were at the restaurant when we went for dinner. Overall, it is a decent hotel but the price for family room is very expensive. The single rooms are much cheaper and worth it.

I came here bcos of the good reviews of how good this hotel is. Imagine by the time we arrived we cant get in as there was problem with the door. It took around 10mins until my mom cant wait anymore bcos she cant stand for too long, so they give us a new room WHICH has a broken plugs. Imagine paying for a good money but this is what you got. So we complaint and they changed us to a new room which later has a SPARK the moment my dad charged his phone then the whole room went BLACKOUT. Then they changed us to a new room for the 3rd time AND still got a broken plug with a missing iron. Brrakfast spread? Not that divine. 2 days in a row the fried rice is bland. How can a hotel serve a bland food? Whats wrong with you guys chefs? How come? Other food is ok ok only. Cant believe la what we went thru here. Maybe just not our luck. The hotel sent us a fruit tarts as an apology and complimentary breakfast for 2 kids which they dont eat breakfast 😅 If you had to change your customers room for 3rd time, learn how to step up your apology game like upgrading the room or something rather than just a free breakfast and fruit tarts. Will i come again? Probably not. Thank you Amenities 9/10 Breakfast 6/10 Room 2/10

We had superb experience for our body, mind and soul! From free upgrade to garden villa in the green to free appetiting herbal drink; from guided orchard tour to tasting organic honey from beehives; from trying out speleotheraphy in himalayan salt crystal room to jacuzzi spa session; from enjoying sumptuous specially requested vegan breakfast to signature massage, we truly feel overwhelming over the experiences and gratitude towards all friendly and helpful staff within the resort. 2D1N is rather short for us to explore more activities and we surely will visit again!

I am not sure why this resort has had so many bad reviews. Glad I still went ahead with the trip and have no regrets doing so. The place is very relaxing. There’s a buggy service to bring us around if we are lazy to walk or electric scooters are available for guests. During weekdays and off-peak periods, they serve a la carte breakfast and, for small eaters like me and my family, the serving is considered big. The lunch cum dinner menu don’t have a wide variety but enough to fill an empty stomach. Portion is not as large as breakfast so don’t think of sharing. Staff are friendly and housekeeping plus maintenance were quick to attend to our needs. The rooms are comfortable but being in the jungle, mosquitoes and ants are inevitable so just make sure that you bring along mosquito repellents.
