Clean room, superb shower pressure. near to amenities.. close to alor star town. Convenient stores just a stone's throw. Recommended and value for money.

The cleanliness need to improve. The bedside can see dusts and when we check in the room, the toilet floor was wet. Lobby a lot of mosquitos. No friendly for the guest who bring infant or child below 6 yrs old. The washbasin expose two sharp corners.

Travel solo. For a business trip. Hopefully the staff can be well checked about the cleanliness. For a short trip it is okay to stay. Far from the city centre. However it is near to Jetty Kuala Kedah.

good deal on trip. All is well & staff very friendly. just want to comment about towel, its small & perforated. we got only drinking water, not mineral water. thats all

This is already lot of times that ive book this hotel. It’s reasonable price. Room are very good. Clean. The room cleaning guy are very polite. Most recommended in alor star. The one that in mergong are lots smaller.

Intrusive traffic noise from the main road.
Electric kettle's power cord is too short, so boiling water by placing the kettle on the wall mounted shallow shelf, which may cause some hazards if the kettle topples.
Air conditioner is not controllable both the temperature and fan speeds, thus either leaving it switched on all the time or switched off.
