Soggiorno con percorso in spa. L'acqua della piscina era fredda, in pratica potevi restarci per massimo 5 minuti poi iniziavi ad avere freddo. Fatta segnalazione a personale ed a reception. Camera strutturalmente bella ma con scarsa manutenzione, cartongesso lesionato del soffitto, tende con polvere e pareti con polvere ( inaccettabile per un 5 stelle). Dalle 20.00 alle 22.30 al piano soprastante il nostro vi é una sala per feste, i rumori sono stati intollerabili ( inaccettabile per una struttura 5 stelle). Personale gentile, colazione ottima ed abbondante, manutenzione straordinaria delle camere bocciata. Se sei un 5 stelle devi alzare il livello. Non tornerò presso questa struttura.

Organizzazione scarsa, mi avevano promesso un pacchetto e proposto loro a me un menu da abbinare per sapere solo dopo aver pagato e con due giorni di anticipo che quel pranzo non si sarebbe mai potuto realizzare perché la giornata precedeva già un brunch per tutti. Mi avevano garantito che il brunch sarebbe stato all’altezza del pranzo mancato, cosa che non è stata. Nel pacchetto compleanno era previsto un regalo per il festeggiato, non pervenuto.. che dire, poteva andare meglio 😅

Meriterebbe 1 stella la testata del letto presentava dei buchi,il wc dei disabili inaccessibile bisognava entrare passando sul piatto doccia,per accedere al ristorante del cenone non vi era una rampa ma bensì una scalinata,le camere sprovviste di almeno 1 sedia abbiamo fatto colazione seduti sul letto

Sono stata nel ristorante dell’hotel per una degustazione di salumi e un calice di vino servito in un calice tutto macchiato e sporco, sia il mio che quello del mio compagno erano in condizioni impresentabili e sinceramente da una struttura a 5 stelle mi aspetto una cura del dettaglio molto diversa! Sono rimasta molto delusa e non ci ritornerei! Non mi sono sentita coccolata come avrei desiderato, e soprattutto dei calici in quelle condizioni davvero deludenti!
