Booked the standard double room with double bed through stayforlong, the hotel claims they received from stayforlong the reservation for the single room with single bed. As I was checking in late, the hotel was full and were unable to upgrade to a double room or compensate me in any way. Don't know if stayforlong charged me for a double room, paid the hotel for a single room and kept the difference or this suits both stayforoong and the hotel, no difference for me. This is with stayforlong complaints department now but no resolution as of yet.

Struttura organizzata al meglio da uno staff davvero unico e molto preparato a 360 gradi. Logisticamente strategico e molto accogliente. Colazione variegata abbondantemente e servita in modo accurato. Pernotto spesso per lavoro e consiglio vivamente.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro, esternamente non rende molto, ma internamente è molto bello e curato. Anche la stanza da letto è spaziosa e pulita, solo l’affaccio delle finestre , non è un granché,visto che da’ proprio sul tetto. Come dicevo la camera pulita e letto comodo( almeno nella 105). Ho usufruito anche della sala fitness, anche quella molto pulita e con qualche buon attrezzo. Ho trovato del personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, soprattutto la parte dolce, mentre nella parte salata, c’è meno scelta. Un appunto per le bevande della colazione, i bicchieri sono piccoli e scomodi. Mentre ho bevuto un ottimo caffè Bravi !!

Sofrível. O quarto apesar de limpo e renovado, tinha roupas de cama ásperas, travesseiros desconfortáveis, ar condicionado não funciona e praticamente tivemos que dormir de janela aberta, com um barulho horrível da parte externa. Ou era isso ou dormir em uma sauna. Não condiz com a classificação 4 estrelas.
